The system needs to be utterly revamped which won't occur for quite some time.
If you're going to hold a contest, you may as well do it now, while we have the old base.

Shinsua, I have a question! Can I make a custom Jutsu that allows my character to turn himself into a puppet? ( Like Sasori did, by putting his soul into a battery thing and putting it into a puppet that he hand crafted with chakra infused parts that allow him to channel chakra regularly throughout his body allowing movement. )
