A decision to leave this life, she didn't want to end her existence, nor did she want to continue walking a meaningless path. She wanted to become a shinobi. Academy years: Kyoto entered the academy with only one discernible goal; to become a shinobi. She didn't have any talent at first, but she continued to work hard day-in and day-out. Most days she would sneak kunai and shuriken from her class, spending her evenings slinging projectiles at trees, as though she would be able to find meaning in life through constant practice; as though all of her questions would be answered if she could become a powerful shinobi. Make sure you clarify whether is is moderate or slight increase, a moderate increase in buki would require either a good reason for it to be moderately increased (For example the character is a meat head) or a reduction in the power of one of your other styles i.e. Ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu.

You gain 2 post faster for bloodline and the Chakra increase can be a maximum of 20, so fix those two and you're good to go.

The Exchange of Lives. Ryou's story is an unfortunate one, that has been hidden from his view all his life, and probably will never come into light for him ever. Ryou's mother Sasumi Matsumura-Uchiha was married into the Uchiha Clan in Konohagakure twenty years ago, to a man named Kira Uchiha. The relationship started from young love, however, it turned sour as Kira began to grow power hungry. Two months after their marriage, Kira killed his brother for his eyes, to grow in strength, Sasumi saw the collapse in Kira's mind, and knew it was time to leave Leaf. She fled the village, unknowing she held Kira's child. She hopped onto a wagon and went all the way to The Land of Iron and Samurai, where that was also short lived...
After the birth of Ryou, a glorious day for Sasumi, but also a grim reminder of what hid in her shadows. Her husband was either alive and looking for her, or was hunting her, especially if she knew about his child.
That's where Hotaka came in, Hotaka was hired as a bloodhound and bounty hunter almost to go find Sasumi and only Sasumi. Hotaka agreed and went off to find them, he searched for a long time, however he knew Kira would pay him dearly... if he was alive in Leaf when he came back. In a weird turn of events, Kira was killed in Leaf by the other Uchiha, sentenced for the crime of killing his brother seven years after the initial incident. Hotaka tracked down Sasumi for four years and when he finally found her, he snatched her up, locking her away. Just before he was about to leave for Konohagakure, he heard the boy that was being held by Sasumi call out. Ryou was only five "Mommy!" Sasumi gasped and looked at Hotaka, Hotaka picked up on it and smirked at her, snatching up the Uchiha-born as well, however he had other plans for the child. He would keep him secret and stash him away from his mother and father. He would return Sasumi to Konohagakure, where she disappeared and was never seen again, presumed dead now.
My Start Hotaka left the boy in a village on a mountain with no exits that was ruled by Samurai, and Shizoku. Ryou grew up in this world, and this is the world he knows best. Ryou practiced the art of the Samurai frequently and carried a sword around him at all times, he lived on his own and in the village was known as the one boy to always want a fight. However, under the control of the Shizoku and an order from Hotaka, Ryou would be left to have no battle experience. But he found his ways, fighting people in sparring matches and then strting to just cut down corrupt Shizoku of the village. The ruler wanted to just kill the boy, but Hotaka would kill him as well, so he gave him back to him. Ryou was relieved of his weapon and introduced to the life of a prisoner. Ryou was branded, just like all the other slaves. it was an 'O' with an 's' inside it and a tiger's jaws surrounding the whole thing. and it was placed right on the center of his back between his shoulder blades. He was branded, and for a few years he was left on the trail along with all the other slaves. He attempted to escape quite a few times, but to no avail.
A Night of Ink and Gore, Freedom... One night, as the Caravan stationed itself in Water Country near Kirigakure, all was quiet. It was just like any other night on the caravan, able to wander, but never to stray. However this night was different, with a loud bang, the cage flew open and yelling escalated throughout the entire Camp. Ryou was surprised, but he jumped at the chance to get out, he passed Hotaka, just as he was about to face off with a shinobi or Kirigakure, the man held a sword and was later to be called 'Flou Uwa'. He used ink as a technique, he watched as Flou stopped at nothing to get at this man, and covered the battle in ink. Ryou ran in the other direction before the battle had ended, and just kept running. His breath was growing until a man with a mask appeared in front of Ryou and apprehended him, He was then brought into Kirigakure.
A New Start Ryou was given living in Kirigakure and was told that Hotaka was not going to ever get him, Ryou smirked and only replied with remarks like "Like to see him try!" or "I'll always have a fist with his name on it." Ryou started his shinobi training as well, the Uchiha in him beginning to feel right at home in a Shinobi Nation. Ryou was told he excelled, not in Bukijutsu like he was hoping, but actually was particularly strong in Taijutsu, and Genjutsu... Ryou could understand Taijutsu, but without his own knowing of his Sharingan or his connection to the Uchiha, he was he supposed to know he was born for it. He did notice however, he had an incredible proficiency with them. Ryou now lives in Kirigakure as a Genin, and wants to slowly rise in power... with his Sharingan still dormant however.... More then half of Ryou's true potential is yet to be revealed.

The Exchange of Lives. Ryou's story is an unfortunate one, that has been hidden from his view all his life, and probably will never come into light for him ever. Ryou's mother Sasumi Matsumura-Uchiha was married into the Uchiha Clan in Konohagakure twenty years ago, to a man named Kira Uchiha. The relationship started from young love, however, it turned sour as Kira began to grow power hungry. Two months after their marriage, Kira killed his brother for his eyes, to grow in strength, Sasumi saw the collapse in Kira's mind, and knew it was time to leave Leaf. She fled the village, unknowing she held Kira's child. She hopped onto a wagon and went all the way to The Land of Iron and Samurai, where that was also short lived...
After the birth of Ryou, a glorious day for Sasumi, but also a grim reminder of what hid in her shadows. Her husband was either alive and looking for her, or was hunting her, especially if she knew about his child.
That's where Hotaka came in, Hotaka was hired as a bloodhound and bounty hunter almost to go find Sasumi and only Sasumi. Hotaka agreed and went off to find them, he searched for a long time, however he knew Kira would pay him dearly... if he was alive in Leaf when he came back. In a weird turn of events, Kira was killed in Leaf by the other Uchiha, sentenced for the crime of killing his brother seven years after the initial incident. Hotaka tracked down Sasumi for four years and when he finally found her, he snatched her up, locking her away. The Exchange of Lives. Ryou's story is an unfortunate one, that has been hidden from his view all his life, and probably will never come into light for him ever. Ryou's mother Sasumi Matsumura-Uchiha was married into the Uchiha Clan in Konohagakure twenty years ago, to a man named Kira Uchiha. The relationship started from young love, however, it turned sour as Kira began to grow power hungry. Two months after their marriage, Kira killed his brother for his eyes, to grow in strength, Sasumi saw the collapse in Kira's mind, and knew it was time to leave Leaf. She fled the village, unknowing she held Kira's child. She hopped onto a wagon and went all the way to The Land of Iron and Samurai, where that was also short lived...
After the birth of Ryou, a glorious day for Sasumi, but also a grim reminder of what hid in her shadows. Her husband was either alive and looking for her, or was hunting her, especially if she knew about his child.
That's where Hotaka came in, Hotaka was hired as a bloodhound and bounty hunter almost to go find Sasumi and only Sasumi. Hotaka agreed and went off to find them, he searched for a long time, however he knew Kira would pay him dearly... if he was alive in Leaf when he came back. In a weird turn of events, Kira was killed in Leaf by the other Uchiha, sentenced for the crime of killing his brother seven years after the initial incident. Hotaka tracked down Sasumi for four years and when he finally found her, he snatched her up, locking her away. Just before he was about to leave for Konohagakure, he heard the boy that was being held by Sasumi call out. Ryou was only five "Mommy!" Sasumi gasped and looked at Hotaka, Hotaka picked up on it and smirked at her, snatching up the Uchiha-born as well, however he had other plans for the child. He would keep him secret and stash him away from his mother and father. He would return Sasumi to Konohagakure, where she disappeared and was never seen again, presumed dead now.
My Start Hotaka left the boy in a village on a mountain with no exits that was ruled by Samurai, and Shizoku. Ryou grew up in this world, and this is the world he knows best. Ryou practiced the art of the Samurai frequently and carried a sword around him at all times, he lived on his own and in the village was known as the one boy to always want a fight. However, under the control of the Shizoku and an order from Hotaka, Ryou would be left to have no battle experience. But he found his ways, fighting people in sparring matches and then strting to just cut down corrupt Shizoku of the village. The ruler wanted to just kill the boy, but Hotaka would kill him as well, so he gave him back to him. Ryou was relieved of his weapon and introduced to the life of a prisoner. Ryou was branded, just like all the other slaves. it was an 'O' with an 's' inside it and a tiger's jaws surrounding the whole thing. and it was placed right on the center of his back between his shoulder blades. He was branded, and for a few years he was left on the trail along with all the other slaves. He attempted to escape quite a few times, but to no avail.
A Night of Ink and Gore, Freedom... One night, as the Caravan stationed itself in Water Country near Kirigakure, all was quiet. It was just like any other night on the caravan, able to wander, but never to stray. However this night was different, with a loud bang, the cage flew open and yelling escalated throughout the entire Camp. Ryou was surprised, but he jumped at the chance to get out, he passed Hotaka, just as he was about to face off with a shinobi or Kirigakure, the man held a sword and was later to be called 'Flou Uwa'. He used ink as a technique, he watched as Flou stopped at nothing to get at this man, and covered the battle in ink. Ryou ran in the other direction before the battle had ended, and just kept running. His breath was growing until a man with a mask appeared in front of Ryou and apprehended him, He was then brought into Kirigakure.
A New Start Ryou was given living in Kirigakure and was told that Hotaka was not going to ever get him, Ryou smirked and only replied with remarks like "Like to see him try!" or "I'll always have a fist with his name on it." Ryou started his shinobi training as well, the Uchiha in him beginning to feel right at home in a Shinobi Nation. Ryou was told he excelled, not in Bukijutsu like he was hoping, but actually was particularly strong in Taijutsu, and Genjutsu... Ryou could understand Taijutsu, but without his own knowing of his Sharingan or his connection to the Uchiha, he was he supposed to know he was born for it. He did notice however, he had an incredible proficiency with them. Ryou now lives in Kirigakure as a Genin, and wants to slowly rise in power... with his Sharingan still dormant however.... More then half of Ryou's true potential is yet to be revealed.

Yes, I was approved for Uchiha Bloodline for Ryou and was told to resubmit him. I changed his Personal Attribute, Bloodline from Courage -> Uchiha, added more to boring biography, added some to personality.
