So final question.... anyone can answer. Must I get my kages permission to learn bloodline jutsu?
(Considering I'm genin I figured I couldn't go above C-ranked without his supervision/ permission but could I get started on C below right now?)

[ Haku: } Maybe if I had looked at the cover of FF13 and said it didn't appeal to me... but I was actually around this ol' internet thing during the game's development and saw all the nonsense as it was being put together. It doesn't appeal to me.
