Amy chuckled softly as Velcore put his head in her lap and then began scratch under his chin.
"You're such a good boy, Velcore. I'm sorry you got in trouble for bringing me Thistle. Don't worry, though. I'll bake something fresh for you tomorrow. I'm going list off a few things and you chirp when you hear one you like. You can chirp at multiple things, if you want. If you do, I'll ask you which is your favorite and you can pick from those."
She smirked and ruffled the yellow hair on top of his head playfully. She started to speak the list slowly so that Velcore would have time to chirp if he heard a food he liked.
"Ok. I can make: chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins, brownies, biscuits, chocolate drop cookies that have nuts in them, white or dark chocolate covered pretzels..."
While she did this, Thistle was having a ball with Velcore's tail. Now she was jumping over it back and forth. It was so bright and yellow! She hadn't even looked up at Amy when she had come over. She was improving!

*She goes over to the bar and drinks the rest of her Manhattan.* Well…I'm going to go to bed. *As she walks over to her Office, she calls out* See you later everyone…Goodnight! *She pulls the book, scans her palm and retina, goes through the corridor and into her chambers. She greets her dogs and then goes into the bedroom to find Officer Dougherty sleeping. She takes off her clothes and slips into bed with him. Snuggling as close as possible to him, she props herself on one elbow and kisses him on his cheek. She puts his arm outstretched, snuggles into his shoulder, puts her arm around his chest and whispers into his ear, "I love you." She then stretches up, kisses his ear and nuzzles him as she falls asleep.* heart

Amy, hun, will you do me a favor? If you ever bake for us patrons, let us know whats in them. I'm a vegetarian, I think the other two ark Elves might be as well. I don't know about them, but my stomach is sensitive. I have to be careful of the drinks too.
