Amy turned around when she heard Icy's question. She was somewhat startled that Icy would like something like her pony. She was pretty happy, though.
Amy smiled slightly, cautiously, and walked over to the bar near Icy. She looked down at her pony. "She's mine. Velcore brought her to me yesterday. I checked last night, and she is a girl. I named her Thistle since her hair is purple, like mine, and the top of a thistle is purple."
Her smile widened and she nodded to the pony. "Would you like to hold her, Icy?"

*Sees Icy and Amy chatting and is not only surprised but extremely pleased.* Icy…I need you to get Officer Dougherty and Officer Showcase into the security system ASAP. If William comes home and can't get into his own place he will be quite upset. sweatdrop

*when she heard Amy say the pony belonged to her, she flinched then looked back at the darling laying there sleeping so peacefully.
Not wanting to give Amy the satisfaction of knowing she loved cuddly animals, she couldn't resist when Amy asked if she wanted to hold her.
Soft spot feeling all gooey and squishy, she said softly* You wouldn't mind it? Yes, I'd love to.*hears Psyzapp and nods in oblivion, too focused on the pony to really hear what she's saying*

*Tries the coffee, after scraping the foam off til she can wake enought to ask what kind it was. Taking a sip, then a few more swallows decides it was quite good*
Thanks Amy... Two questions... What was the foam and was it whole fat or fat free? And do you think it would still work with stronger coffee? Oh... I forgot, it was good. I think you might have learned how to pet her just right xd

Amy smiled brightly. Finally something she and Icy agreed on and could talk about! She tried to keep her excitement in, though. Icy was almost like her pony. Too much attention and she could get skittish and run.
She slowly walked forward to the pony. She pet it a few times until its large blue eyes slowly blinked open. Thistle still wasn't entirely comfortable with her new situation, but she was a little less skittish than she had been last night.
Slowly, Amy picked up Thistle. She cooed softly to her and then walked back over to Icy.
"Thistle, this pretty lady wants to hold you now. Her name is Icy and she won't hurt you. You're alright. So be a good girl and remain calm..."
Slowly, she reached forward and put Thistle in Icy's arms. At first, Thistle froze and started shaking slightly. But when Amy began to pet her a little bit in Icy's arms, the shaking lessened and she looked up at Icy with her wide eyes.
Amy pulled back and smiled at Thistle and then Icy. "I think she has Precious Moments eyes."

She returns and holds it out.* This is the most sinister, most evil book in the entire universe. You must place your left hand on this unholy book, raise your right hand and swear total allegiance to The Dark Side. twisted *She then lets out an extremely sinister laugh as she stares wickedly at Chef Karrie.* Mwahahahahahaahaha.

Amy looked over to Psyzapp and smiled softly as she nodded. She went over and began making her a Brandy Manhattan.
As she was doing this, she answered Iggies' questions. "I'm so glad you like it, Iggies! It's my first original recipe of any kind of drink. The foam is half whole fat and half fat free. I used a little bit of both. It's healthier that way but still has the nice flavor. And if you wanted to use a stronger coffee, I would increase the amount of honey and milk in the drink when you make it. Would you like me to copy down the recipe for you?"
She finished the Manhattan and was quite surprised that she had managed to make it while talking to Iggies the entire time! It looked just right, she had followed the recipe in the book just fine... Maybe she was getting even better at this bar tending thing!
She smiled brightly at Psyzapp and slid the glass over to her with two cherries on a toothpick that was balanced on the edge of the glass.

*when Amy placed the shaking little creature in her arms, she immediately thought it was a mistake. Scared that the pony might sense her fear and start to react, she looked at Amy, about to reach Thistle back to her. Then the most incredible thing happened - Thistle looked up at her with those big pretty blue eyes and melted her right to the core. She stood there in awe, gently swaying from side to side, looking at the adorable thing in her arms*
Oh. Em. Gee. She's so precious! Yes, yes she does have Precious Moments eyes.*wanting to snuggle Thistle, she dared not, not knowing what the pony would do nor not wanting to show such emotions in front of Amy, though the look on her face said it all. Sighing, she begrudgingly returned Thistle back to her owner, knowing she'd be addicted to wanting to see the pony everyday now* She is just adorable Amy. Velcore gave her to you, you say? My, that dragon gets around a lot.
*giving the pony one last look, she smiled and headed to her original destination, the liquor shelf. Grabbing a bottle of Hennessey and a glass, she headed over to where Psyzapp was sitting, watching the swear-in of Karrie and smirking*
