Ever since that day Kaori and the tiger cub, named Nova,have been inseparable. Her parents were later killed in action while on a dangerous Anbu mission. She raised herself, and Nova, from that point on.

Nindo: "Keep moving forward. No matter what." Personality: Chibutsu's personality is what to be expected of him for someone his age, but their are a few individual traits that make him slightly unique, both physically and personality-wise. He's a little insecure of his outward appearance, though this rarely shows unless brought up by someone else in a negative way. Generally he has a very upbeat attitude with a drive and determination to match. Despite Chibutsu's slight insecurity, he's rather friendly and social, and enjoys being mischievous on the occasion. As friendly and cute as he may appear, when angered, his mentality is very much similar to a shark's. He also has a natural instinct for killing, hunting, and things of the like, which is the explanation often used for his random biting (but most likely, it was done purposely). Like a switch, Chibutsu can go from a friendly shark-boy to a ruthless killing machine. While he can be a bit headstrong in certain situations, he has no problem following orders and completing tasks as requested. Inheriting the Hoshigaki's violent nature, he has somewhat of a short fuse, as he can be quick to anger. It had been many decades since there has been any member of the Hoshigaki clan to reside in Kirigakure. Chibutsu knows very little about his past or his parents, other than growing up with his mother -- who was a human -- in Amegakure. He heard countless stories of his father, Daisame Hoshigaki, and his legacies within the village hidden in the Mist. Growing up, and hearing these stories inspired the boy, and with his mother's permission, he was sent to Kirigakure to live his life as a Shinobi.

Personality: Okabe is a very mysterious, blunt, honest and dark person, combined with his heavy use of sarcasm and mocking politeness, make it very difficult to discern his thoughts. Many find his demeanour and appearance rather unsettling and there are very few who were willing to trust him at first meeting. Okabe holds a dark belief that no matter who you are, what you've done and what you do, you will always have blood on your hands, this is one of the main reasons he treats people the way he does. He is a heavy pessimist and will always look to the negatives. But, Okabe is increasingly misunderstood for his negativity and is many people usually throw him in the category of threat or enemy, someone who bathes in the thing he know's. Okabe think's of these people as narrow-minded and blind to the real world around them; he nicknames these people "Day Dreamers". When Suoh Kuroh, the first Otokage came to the lands, he found this small boy living in the trees of the forest, Suoh found interest in his bloodline and took him away, locking him deep within the confines of the Sound HQ. His mouths on his hands were put in muzzles and the mouth along his chest was sealed shut. But Koga showed potential greater than any other, Suoh saw himself in the boy. Suoh named him Okabe Jaeger, the Patient Hunter. Okabe showed great pleasure in the name and kept it fro himself. He was there as Suoh built the village and watched it rise, he was 14 at the time. Okay was released from his confines and was brought to be Suoh's heir, the true heir to the Otokage thrown, spoken in secret, Okabe was told all of this, all of Suoh's plans, and all of his beliefs.
Okabe could not believe how much of an idiot he was... After Suoh left, Okabe went into the Academy to train himself. Suoh disappeared for a long time, he did not come back for Okabes graduation and something horrible happened. Apollo, Suoh's partner left him, and disappeared; then the UHV came. The president took the seat as Otokage and Okabe grew furious, inheritin his fathers will to end the UHV, under their own cover. But there was still one thing that had to be done.
Finally, after long last, Suoh returned. In the end, the mortality that Suoh was looking or was his downfall. Suoh wanted to create a dream world to escape this reality, when he found out that wouldn't work, he fought to seal away all the evil in the world, no one could have that type of power, no one should. Suoh promised Okabe power as well, but not the same type, he told him things that others would never understand, and he was given three letters that he would have to deliver. On each there was a seal that would detonate if anyone else, other than the people they were for opened it. They were for; Sanshi Satetsu, Sypher Tsukai, and Miyamoto Mamoru. There was one more though, one for someone Okabe knew; The President. Suoh told him he would know when to give him the letter. Delivering those letters would be the last wish Suoh had for Okabe. Okabe was different, Okabe thought of Suoh's beliefs and decided he would be more than just his heir, he would also be his answer.
Suoh trusted the boy to much, and Okabe, being the Patient Hunter he was, killed him in cold blood. Little is known how he did it, but the last words he spoke to his mentor were "Your weakness Suoh, your greatest weakness was your dream in the end... it blinded you from the reality." He then locked away all of Suoh's puppets except for Thantas, his greatest creation, his first. It was part of one of the letters. Okabe left sound with the four letters and Thantas in his coffin on his back.

At an young age the clan discovered that he had been blessed with the Sakkakugan. intresting that so many have been born as of late with this rare doujutsu. His father and mother are as late unkown. So no villagers knew where he might have obtained it through the bloodlines. After mentioning that he wanted to protect the village he was sent to the academy where he started training. The academy was fairly diffucult for Satemy. He didnt fit in with the others in his classes. Where they could practice there abilities in almost all areas Satemy struggled in any physically demanding arts. Never able to keep up in those classes Satemy was shunned as a weakling unworthy of being a Leaf ninja. none the less Satemy studied hard and managed to complete the academy and earn his head band. His instructors gave him good grades in medical areas as well as Genjutsu which he was the most skiled in. Along with average marks in ninjutsu areas. and supremely weak marks in tai and baki jutsu's.
Satemy could be considered gifted in arts outside of the ninja spectrum. Before, During, And after the academy he spent all of his spare time researching artificial airways and blood transfusions. As well as what the body needs to survive. Being fairly knowledgeable in items that help a damaged body survive long enough for medical jutsu to be of use.
