Being in Konoha really takes back form Logi's drive, he seems to be just content with being decent. In all actuality he just wants his clan to let him progress how he wants to. He realizes that he loves power and seeks it but he lacks a killer instinct to use it for anything but good. He dreams about becoming the Hokage or a hero of his village.

With your first personal you could just have your character be that way naturally. What I believe you are wanting is some sort of agile increase right? Why not just make it so it would be like, "Youth: Because of being so young and energetic, Logi has found an affinity with acrobatics and free-running. Agility moderately increased." Also, don't forget, you can bump your second personal up to 10 slots instead of it being only 2.

So, she would bring him to the hospital with her and she would teach him how to deal with burns and other things without using techniques as it is good to know how to do it without techniques. After, he had learned as much as he could from his mother and father they decided that it was time for him to officially be put back into the ninja system to do his part in the world.

She swings from indifferent to violent in behavior, and there is often little more than a short fuse between the two. Psychopaths are described as people without a conscience, amoral and deceitful, and lacking the ability to tell right from wrong. This is true in every way except toward her younger twin sister, Shouka. In fact, she seems like an entirely different person, behaving more like a small child than someone bent on destruction. She is always fighting to find a way to please her sister, and she will often have lapses where she begins to act like her old self, before she lost her mind.
The fact that she is easily bored does not go well with her tendency toward aggressiveness and recklessness. She will sooner act than think about what she is doing, often charging head-on into danger. What is worse is that she feels no guilt toward her poor treatment of others, and she shows no strong emotions. Socially maladjusted, she fails to conform to social norms and justifies what she does as the norm.
However, initial opinions of her are usually good. She seems like simply a very extroverted personality...until they get to know her. She resents authority and will usually only listen to her sister. This is from her fear that her sister will find her useless and leave her, taking what little sanity she had with her.

-----I don't remember much about my past.
-----It's... hard to explain. Imagine walking through a house at night. You know where you are very well, but you can't help the feeling that something is there in the darkness with you. Like if you open your eyes there will be a monster waiting to deliver your soul. That's what I see whenever I look back, and it scares me. Every time I try, I turn around and run, crying for the parents I seem to no longer have.
-----So I gave up trying.
-----How does one explain insanity? I know perfectly well I'm messed up in the head, but that knowledge doesn't seem to make it to my external self. No matter how much I scream, I never seem to hear. I know the things I do are wrong, but I can't do anything about it.
-----Anyway, what little I do remember about my past is clear. I was born the older sister in a pair of twins, and we were raised on a plantation on the outskirts of the Fire Country, well cared for and all that. We were spoiled children, but we were happy. Our parents were kind and gentle to even the servants there. Along with that, my sister and I were inseparable. Sure, there were a few other kids who lived on our lands, but each other was all we really had.
-----Life went pretty flawlessly until we were ten. That was when we discovered that we had strange abilities. My sister could make crystal out of thin air. I, on the other hand, could make bones sprout from my body. I had always been a bit of a klutz, but I was adventurous, and it led to many a war wound. Yet, I had never broken a bone. It was then that I began to realize why. However, instinct, I think, told me that these powers weren't something to flaunt. In fact, I told my sister not to let anyone know.
-----Normally, she listened to me. This particular time, after our parents returned home, she gave our mother a crystal flower. After that, I... I... I remember anger, and pain... and...
-----The only memory I have after was arriving in a town called Konohagakure. We were covered in blood and other things I didn't want to question. And I had changed. My thoughts no longer reached me.
-----We were escorted into the village by the Hokage at the time personally. He took care of us and cared for us like his own children, though I never returned his sacrifices. He knew we were scarred. My sister and I agreed to become shinobi under him so that we would have a purpose again, and we have trained ever since then. To this day, I still don't know what happened, or why I can't remember apparently a year of my life. All I know is that I haven't seen my sister smile since.

Nindo: "I am a Legend, So I'll make my Enemies Myths." Personality: Souh, or as some people call him, Akane, is much like a matured version of his past self. He looks back into his past with a strong stance and does nothing more to it, as if he was looking at a painting in an art gallery. He learns from his experiences and has developed a life that he loves, and wants nothing more than to preserve it, no matter the cost. Souh no longer feels the needs to fight that he used to in his Chuunin and Genin ranks, with Akio gone, he finds himself to be much more calm and collected than bloodthirsty and distraught, but that doesn't mean he can't still let loose once in a while in a fight.
Suoh does have one large personality problem though, he likes to plot a lot and when he removes his emotions from his plots and only thinks about what he can achieve, he will practically become a sociopath and stop at nothing for the plan to unravel and be made reality. Although seeming to be one of the nicest warriors in Sunagakure's History from the outside, inside he is best described as a slithering, sociopathical genius who will stop for no one and kill what is necessary to die for a plan.

Weapon Appearance: It is strapped to his arm by some braces on the bottom part of his arm, the top of his arm is plated with a strong metal and can be used to block bladed weapons much like a small shield. Under the weapon where it connected the skin there is multiple needle like projections that stab into Akane's arm. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ My Childhood Suoh was a small little red haired boy growing up in a small village on the outskirts of a village called Amegakure. From ages 0-7 he was raised just like any other child with his mother and father, his dream at the time to be one of the greatest Flame Bending Shinobi of their time! He was shown as a shinobi by the academy as someone strong in the Katon field of techniques. But that also made him a prime target for the people in Amegakures experiments. Amegakure came to Suoh's home late one night and brutally killed his parents in front of his eye's and dragged him out by his forearms, his legs dragging behind the men as Suoh's home grew further and further away. The image burnt in his mind as his parents blood dripped out of the wounds and sprawled across the ground reaching towards Suoh.
Suoh snapped and as he was being carried away went to fight back, burning one of the men he left a scar across his face, a large burn that scorched half of his face. Suoh, along with his struggle was caught no the less and was taken to the base where they put him in a machine that was connected to another with another person in the machine beside him, or at least it looked like a person.
Two Lives, One Soul The men in Amegakure wanted to make the perfect assassin to assault Sunagkure with so they created A.C.A.N.F. "The Artificial Cognitive Alternative Neural Fabricator" Acanf was just like a regular boy, but completely covered in a metal case like an armor that could never be removed. His mouth was covered in a mask like respirator and could not talk at all. Suoh and Acanf were both part of the same project so they had a lot of time to get along. Late in the night, the men would allow the two to go to the white room, which was a large room under a white light. In the center of the room was a piece of paper and usually, two pencils. One day, the two were drawing on the paper when Acanf tried to speak, the mumbles and static of the machine made him incomprehensible, but a sound escaped his mouth "Akane. I'm Akane...." Suoh looked at the boy and smiled, writing ACANF on the paper, he drew a vertical line on the C making it a K, and an extra line at the bottom of the F to make it an E. Making "ACANF" into "AKANE" Akane smiled and hugged Suoh who smiled and patted him on his back "My father always told me you never existed is you didn't have a name, so now we can both exist. Together." Sadly though, the experiment went on, and Akane disappeared for three weeks. Those were the most lonely three weeks to date for Suoh, but what was to come was much worse.
Akane returned after three weeks, acting different and more jittery, like he was trying to find something or he could hear someone that was never there, a voice in his head. The voice was a Man who was part of the Jiongu Clan, his name was Akio and he was a powerful assassin who specialized in Puppetry. He was locked into the mind of Akane as a prototype, to see if AKane would notice his presence within him, but when he did notice Akio's presence, they had to go to plan B, and Plan B was involving Suoh...
Suoh was placed into a seat and was strapped down tightly, he was being starved of his strength for weeks past without food, and it was leading to this moment. Akane was strapped to the seat beside him and his arms and legs were removed with clicks on the suit, Akane was a puppet, he was wood and metal mixed with a soul, and now... they wanted him to have a body of his own. One of the doctor's by the name of Jigsaw, he placed a needle in Suoh's arm and the last he remembered as his word began to fade was Jigsaw grabbing a scalpel and hoisting it high over his head and then, darkness. The two had combined and when Akane woke, Suoh was no where to be found, he could speak and walk freely. Suoh's body was now Akane's vessel, while Akane was Akio's vessel. The Prototype was working, Akane knew not of Akio's presence and now it was time to test the final project.
Akane's Life in the Sand of Time Akane was adopted into Sunagakure no problem. His grandmother, who was an agent for Jigsaw befriended a man by the name of Sanshi Satetsu. Sanshi saw promise in Akane and carried him and trained him, becoming his mentor and teaching him the ways that Akane now a day's lives by. He joined San on missions to Rouran town where he learnt that his skills were more than just a Bloodline, they did not feel natural, and everyone said his skill level with the threads were above that of a Oinin Captain. During that mission Akane was brought up to the rank of Chuunin and was applauded by all for his jobs.
Then the mission to the Void came, this was a momentous moment for him because during the travel to the Universe of the Void, two things happened. First of all Akane began to have, episodes, where Akio's soul became so bloodthirsty it came free and went nuts attack friends and family. The second was that he defeated a security weapon in the Void that took the form of a Sannin from Sunagakure, Bast. His action's gave him the rank of Jounin and he was once again shown acknowledgement. But Akane was beginning to feel the sense that someone was using him. He could begin to see Akio in his oversoul, and he needed to take action. Akio was technically in a bubble in his mind and did not know what Akane was doing so as he took this action, he was free to do it at any time. The Void had a large library and Archive which Akane studied thoroughly and learnt about his past. He took a piece of his heart, Suoh's heart and placed it into a Heart Storage in the Void and left it there in a roughed up body of a pirate that Akane had killed and was planning to make a Human Puppet.
Returning to Sunagakure and leaving Suoh's heart in the Void, Akane went on his chivalrous ploy and tried to give warning to everyone that something bad would happen to him. Bast and San, being like his mother and father, sealed away Akio, but sadly, you cannot seal away a soul. Akio came out and ran rampant through Sunagakure, destroying half the city and almost killing the two who had technically raised him. But luckily, San and Bast put their feeling aside and went all out, defeating Akio in a huge battle. Akio knowing he had lost, knew he could do one last thing to deteriorate Suna. He would kill Akane with him, and would put the blood on San's hands. He put the hearts in a line, all of their signatures identical and were unable to be told from one another and a different persons heart. San threw a kunai at a heart and Akio claimed it was Akane's heart. But it wasn't, Akane never had a heart, he was artificially made, he was the mind of the three, he was that which could never be targeted, so when Akio put his guard down, Akane forced his way into the soul of Akio and with a glorious last breath, opened all of Akio's defenses and allowed San to kill Akio, and presumably Akane too.
A New Life, One Without Bar's When Akio died, Suoh regained consciousness in the Void in his new body. He screamed and screamed not knowing what he was doing there and panicked, but a voice in his head echoed. It was a familiar voice to him, it was Akane's. A soul is connected to a body, and a mind is connected to the being. So Akio was gone, while Akane and Suoh escaped. Suoh and kane both agreed that they needed to get to the original body so Suoh and Akane could survive, so they went on a mission to the Summon Lands to acquire a Snake summon, then after that went to Kirigakure to do the transplant of the body. They would live long and they now had the power to do what they needed.
After the successful transplant into Suoh's body, he stayed in Kirigakure for a bit, working under the Mizukage as a private solo squad, who was later told to leave.
Otogakure no Sato's Creation Suoh left the village and found himself stumble upon a small group of people who called them the people of Sound. Suoh stayed with them for a while and after time, grew in power and took the leader out for a 'walk'. Suoh was the only one to return and used this all to create "Otogakure no Sato" or "The Village Hidden in Sound". This village was a step for Suoh and Akane in the right direction, and they both knew it. However, Sypher was still a link to them. Suoh returned to Mist and created a pact with Kirigakure, where the notice of Suoh's disappearance and his location would stay unknown, and the information of Suoh's connection to Otogakure and also his location and power rank are unknown to everyone outside of the two Kages. In return, Suoh would provide information to Sypher if asked about a certain subject that he had info on. The two formed a Secret Alliance and both have plans in action to back each other. Otogakure was secure, with the connection to Kirigakure and also his point of power unknown, Suoh was free to do as he pleased once again.
The Union's Creation... The Village Hidden in Sound had a slow start and was weak, Suoh being the only competent Shinobi for a while went on to find more allies, temporary or permanent. Suoh accepted and not for the purpose of surviving but for intentions he keeps to himself only. The people of Sound questioned his decision as well, but Suoh turned his back to the crowd so the orchestra could play. Suoh had plans, and he wasn't going to let someone, or something, like the Union and President get in his way.

As his brother became famous and scorned for his acts of villainy and his methods of surviving throughout the day to day, Takashi remained largely in silence, his companion a book, simply titled The Five Rings. It was in this book that Takashi found the path of life he would follow, albeit he took this lifestyle to heart without the swords that the book lauded as it's core. Instead he found his own balance in his blood and training in the ways of the Shinobi. When the day finally came for Takashi to expand his wings and leave the nest of the family home, and his expectation to join the elite of Kirigakure, he disappeared from the village entirely. Some believed he was killed, others believed he simply got lost and died in the wilderness, but in truth he made his way far from the land of the mists. Taking on the role of a travelling merchant's bodyguard he traveled the nations for some time, hearing many tales of his brother's sordid life before finally choosing escape the infamy his family was gaining altogether.
Utilizing the wealth of Ryo he had built up while travelling in companionship with the caravans he sought charter across the seas and out of the lands of the Shinobi Nations altogether. He found his peace and well centred sense of self in the foreign lands he spent the next 5 years travelling. He learned martial arts of these lands, picked up on their traditions, and even found himself a rival in their lands. Years passed and himself and his rival always found themselves in friendly competition. Games, challenges, women, nothing was anything but a game to them until the day that his rival was to marry. A wrongly placed word turned their rivalry into a blood feud at the wedding ceremony. Takashi rose to Mishimoto's challenge one final time, and as he did so he ended their rivalry and left a wife widowed at the Altar. The stark realization that he could never escape his upbringing or the ties to the shinobi nations dawned on him, as well as the others, as a fireball was spewn from his lips, cratering the procession and killing Mishimoto Katsuhiro whose only weapons were his bare fists and the Nagamaki he possessed. Resolute from his actions, Takashi lifted his friend and rival's Nagamaki and chose to abandon the foreign lands, eventually making his way to the sea.
For a year the man sailed the seas, on the promise his tour would return him to his homeland. And scant months ago it delivered. The man, no worse for wear, returned in the lands of his birth. He saw what that which was expected of his blood throughout this seabound journey, in dreams and nightmares, and decided until such a time as he could find who he was without the Uchiha name, he would never wear it again. To this end he chose to take the name of a man whose life was cut short by his warrior ways. Katsuhiro. The ship landed in Kirigakure, for a simple refit and refill, before once more leaving. As Takashi were to disembark this ship he gave the port authority the name Takashi Katsuhiro, beginning his new life, devoid of his Uchiha name.
A month of travel as a simple wanderer brought him to Otogakure wherein he decided to enter himself once more as a shinobi, seeing a land that at it's core was in need of good men, of good warriors.
