Chuckling menacingly, the Lust God had a moment of satisfaction as his arrow found its mark. Flaring his wings with a rustle, he descended to the ground, landing lightly and drawing another arrow. The desire was back again, flaring stronger than ever, directed towards hunting, the needed satisfaction brought on by success that would never fully be his. Even if he could never have peace, he could seek a momentary reprieve from the madness with some small success.
He drew once more, tracking the brown and purple Fae with butterfly wings, then let fly. A low growl escaped his lips as the arrow flew by, missing its mark. He started to reach back for another arrow, focused on this target...and foolishly losing track of the others. The blue one hit his back, the sudden weight causing him to stagger and drop the arrow he'd just selected. Her arm encircled his neck, and he reached up to grab hold of her to pull or shake her off. His vision grew hazy, then started going dark, his struggles lessening as he sank to one knee, then both, falling forward...
Himeros came to, face down on the ground with a weight on his back. Groaning, he tried to push himself up, and out from under whatever was lying on top of him. He shook his head, as if coming out of a fog inside his head, trying to remember where he was and what was going on. Was there a party? Had he missed it? Apparently had a heck of a good time, given how he felt.
Wait... Glancing over his shoulder, a familiar combination of blue skin and long black hair. "...Abby?" A second look around the area showed some spent arrows sticking out of the ground, the hedges, and...a nymph...
"s**t."

"I'll be fine," he bit out, rubbing his head and trying to at least get to a sitting position. "...eventually."
Damage control time. He winced, shoving off the ground to climb to his feet. "Yeah, looks that way," he admitted, noting the arrow. It wasn't deep, but then again...it didn't have to be. The damage had been done. Still, he headed over to the nymph, intent on removing it before anything else was done. "Sorry, kid," he muttered, best he could do for an apology right now. He wasn't worried about stepping in the kid's line of sight, given how he was already staring at Abby.
He turned to the two other Fae nearby, practically radiating remorse. "I'm...really sorry for...whatever it is I've done," he finished lamely, only going by the signs of what remained to tell what had even happened here. He had no memory of the events at all. "Let me at least get you kids out of here."
Gathering the four Pae together so that everyone had at least one hand on another Pae and they were all connected, Himeros closed his eyes, and a moment later they all reappeared back in the ballroom of Venus' temple.

Leitha picked up the wine glass with lipstick on it
Leitha sighed, looking around at the surrounding area. There was some stuff that looked useful. The sheild that Cadassi had picked up was a good thing. She did approve of that entirely. It was both heavy looking, and good for blocking. She grinned, looking evil as she did so. A couple of glasses, and some candles were left after the pae around them had gathered their own choice in items.
Leitha contemplated it for a moment, looking at the glasses... She shrugged, picking up the one with lipstick on it. It would be good once broken. Better than this rock she'd picked up. Oh well, that rock was heavy anyway. Leitha dropped the rock she was holding on the ground.
It wasn't long before the other couples around her had started moving again. There was one couple getting busy in the bushes, another climbing atop the hedges. She thought about following those that had climbed atop the hedges, but hesitated. She didn't like those two. Not that that said much, since Leitha usually hated everyone. the naiad looked over to Cadassi, a frown on her face.
"Choose the way Shark Boy"

Lust jumped up and placed the folded dress on top of the maze wall, looking around before she took the others hand and noticed a few things, picking up the candles she decided to take them with her, at least they would have light if there was just a fire source around they could light the wicks on, and then she took the others hand the others hand "thank you and hopefully you are right, the sooner we find a way out of here the better." Lust said as she climbed up to see what was around, hell, right now she would accept just having a way to reach another part of the maze that seemed a little better then where they were...not that any part of this was good but still, if they could get to a fork in the road or something that might lead them in a better direction would be nicer then being here "the candles are if we need a light, sure we need a fire source to light them but at least we have them just encase."
Atlantis felt like all eyes were on him, waiting for him to screw up in some form or another and then just ridicule him but as he took another look around, besides some who actually KNEW how to dance, the rest were just doing their own thing but still wasn't 100% fine with doing that yet so maybe he would just wait a bit and who knows, he could always, in the end, just do what she was doing. |

Cadassi looked both ways. One hand full of feathers, the other sporting the sheild. When he noticed the couple humping, he shuddered. Some things should be private... Looking back at the hedges, he watched a couple dissappear over top of the hedges. Well.......
"This way. That way there will...less competition?" he said, pointing with his feather clutched hand. What he wanted to say was less traffic. Less people. Less anything. People were always going the wrong way around here. Maybe he could go the right way by trying to go the wrong way?
"I'm so confused..." he mumbles, setting off south.
