Not really taking mind of anyone around her, Aki picked her way back to the gates. For once she didn't slink around, her purpose clear and her intentions etched in her stride. She was looking for someone and she found her, right where she left her. "What's taking you so long? I want my dance already." Aki called, ignoring the guard that had apparently detained Aki's current excursion. Her scowl shifted into a pout, Aki crossing her arms over her chest. It was a very feminine gesture, one that highlighted her figure more than standing around idly. Inner Aki cringed at the posture. It was so flashy but pain in the a** Aki didn't seem to mind. In fact, everything she did was on purpose. Finally Aki's gaze flickered over to the masked wannabe vigilante. Eyes growing dull she gave him a pointed stare before looking back to the Uchiha. Her eyes...She noted, the other side of her growing even more excited than before. "Why don't you just kill him already? I want to play and you are keeping me waiting... I could do it for you, if this will hurry things along?" Said like nothing, without even a shift of expression.
W-what?! He's one of our own!Since when do we think like cattle? This village isn't made up of weaklings and Kages....it's made up of people with power. If this idiot can't see power when it's standing underneath his nose then he shouldn't even exist in the same time zone as us. Her rationalization was twisted but there was truth in it. This was the first time she had seen anyone detained at the gates. Almost like they were shifting into an actual village. It didn't sit well with her and she almost allowed herself to be controlled without a fight. Looking back at the annoyance she made the universal 'shooing' gesture with her hand. "She's with me. If you are going to put your big undies on and play good soldier then take us to the one in charge. I vouch for her until she does. Coaxing her head to one side she made a 'hmmmm' noise. "Or we can fight ~ I am soooo for that!" Clasping her hands together she bounced lightly on the soles of her feet. She was growing bored and this was way more exciting than waiting on nothing.
Now the man seemed peeved, either through the comment or the girls perseverance. He knew the orders and codes of conduct and protocol he is supposed to follow, but he figured saving everyone some time and pain would be best.

One of the other guards put a single finger to his ear. The others where now much more aware/interested of the situation at hand. It seemed like his gift of time was I'll used. Next actions....his hands could be tied.
This was not going in favor for the pink haired princess. Her actions and demand for entrance were getting her no where, plus the redhead egging on the guard was only making it worse. Aki, as she was known to him, was acting considerably different than when she was in the Otokage's office earlier. She seemed like a completely different person. Regardless of her aggressive attitude change, the two female shinobi were getting nowhere with the guard. Maybe he would listen to "reason".
Taking a step forward, Kaito would drop from atop the gates and land on the ground with ease. At this time, the guard with finish his "final warning" and make a sign to the guards behind. He was obviously signaling them to prepare for a fight. The young Hyuuga wanted to avoid fighting if possible, but would step in between the fight if necessary. Knowing he need put his plan into action immediately, Kaito would give a loud whistle to get the main guard's attention.
Regardless if he turned to address the whistle or not, he would begin to approach the guard. "Hey Buddy! Why are we being so difficult? The pink haired shinobi just wants to talk to the President. I'm sure the President would be more than happy to talk to someone who wants to offer their services to the cause. As you can obviously see, we're lacking skilled shinobi. If the Princess wants to help our village prosper once more, I see no reason not to let her speak with him."
While his words did hold some truth, the problematic guard would not notice the sound genjutsu laced in his words. The request to allow the visitor to see the President was a reasonable one, and one that would become more reasonable due to his persuasive voice.

The situation was worsening... However, Okabe stayed off in the distance he did not want to go in and help Aki, or the boy going up to the guard, he'd never met him. The snake lady on the other hand shined her red tomoe's and Okabe took a breath, she... she was the person that Suoh was looking for! The Uchiha! Okabe gulped and took a moment to sit down, if she was to come into the village... how much did she know, what was her intention once she came in... Surely the people of Otogakure will support her, this place was meant for her, everything was here.... Okabe was at a halt, he looked down and thought for a moment.
'So Suoh's dream does live on in someone... I guess Suoh was right about one thing. The one true thing immortal about him was never his body, it was his ideas and dreams and goals, and the aftermath of all of it. It would live on in someone else in this huge world. What do I do... I did not see this.'
Okabe thought back to the moments he had with Suoh before his death that day, Suoh was driven mad with his power he'd made for himself, he dwelled in it, and was lost into it. That was why he had to die.
Okabes stand on the dream however was neutral, he did not see any terror or evil in Suoh's action, he wanted to make a world of peace... an evil plan to save the world. The Lucifer Effect on Suoh's part, a good intention driven to mad heights, it drove him mad. Maybe if this lady.... no. Even if she was, she may grow to be a different leader than Suoh. Okabe already knew she would fall into office in Otogakure soon, it was only a matter of time on how long Horace would hold them up. Okabe's plan hinged on some vital points, and it would be best if he kept his distance. Whether Okabe stayed however, depended on when he meets the woman with pink hair...
As the Hyuuga approached the female shinobi and the guard, whistling and snapping, Okabe was in confusion on whether or not this would end well or not... However it may be in Okabe's favor as well.

But I am not him. I am only his successor as far as the sage of snakes is concerned. I have never met the man nor do I wish to. Your union cannot grow and survive if it does not take the lessons and tactics of those it conquers. Souh and whoever his second was were ninja without honor. Their actions resulted in their deaths. Though you cannot consider me a traitor to your Union as I have never even seen this place before or know anything about it let alone conspire against it. However like my fellow ninja here explained I do not wish to fight you. I simply want to speak to your leader and once our conversation is over I will gladly leave in peace." She honestly did not want this to become a fight. She didn't know how many people were within the village that were fighting nor why they would fight to begin with.

He would angerly whisper into his ear, ready to strike. In fact, if the kid even twitched, breathed, or thought of pulsing chairs, his blood would squirt out his neck.

The original speaker would look at the scenario, and eye another guard who seemed to be poised too. Mutiny from within it seemed...not a good start.

She shook her head as she called out her voice filled with an authority beyond her years," ENOUGH all of you shinobi stand down and act like you have an ounce of ******** sense." Turning her attention to the man," I agree to your terms minus the bag. A thick rag or something of the like will do just fine, and I'm sure you have a way to block my hearing. Even if these ninja at the gates were going to stop her it would probably be for the best after all her interest was failing. Either way the queen has played her pawns and they were all in place. Okabe arrived at the gates of the village, the humid air of the village wafted back at him, and Okabe knew that he was back at his 'home'. As he reached the gates, Okabe's things were already in his bag, except for one thing. a single kunai which he was spinning on his finger at a very fast rate. Okabe got close the gates, however usually the gate master would come out and open them for him. Symbol, the prior gate master was much better than the UHV scum filling his home. "Gate-master!" Okabe yelled out at the gates, hoping for another answer back, his face covered in a mask much like Kakashi's. "Okabe Jaeger, Genin... Here to report to the President!" His kunai was spinning, then he let go, the kunai shot up into the air and he looked up and as the kunai began to change directions and head back down, he reacted and caught it by swinging his hand in a vertical swing, snatching it out of the air. The genin was barely even a genin now... He was almost a Chuunin.

The Gate Master was expecting Okabe, as an order had been to issued to find him. Lowering the gate, it came down with a loud, creaking thud which made even the ground shudder and quake. A flock of birds in some of the nearby canopy took flight from the disturbance, squawking as they flew.
