@ Mykal and Faeruithir88, I agree that it looks better with out the face plate, but it needed front armour. I couldn't bring myself to cover the inside for good, so it remains detachable.

That is a very well done ork dread. I like the detail in the cockpit, howeveer i dont think it looks right without the plates because its too open, so i agree with you that it needs the front armor represented. Regardless both ways with or without it looks great.

I need to paint some Crimson Fist Sergeants and Termies. Problem is, there aren't many pics of them. Should I paint them with the standard Red or White helmet or is there a special way of painting them?

Same way you'd do any flesh mate.

What's the sense in highlighting in the same colour as your second coat, it wouldn't be visible.

I tend to do Dark Flesh, then add progressive amounts of Elf Flesh to that, and finish with a Skull White/Elf Flesh highlight.

Because one blends in with the basecoat better, the second is for a highlight that isn't extreme.
It's how I do all my skin. I use 2 colours, maybe some inks if I feel like it.

Well repleace Dark Angel Green with Dark Flesh and all the others with relative skin colours.
