Hey. Watch it. I was being sincere there.
I have a only four legit cousins. I consider
anyone from our whole entire family that is
younger or about the same age as me as a
'cousin'. So yeah. I do.
The cousins I am referring to right now though
are friends who I grew up with. We are practically
family.

More questions! Hehe.... D:
It's about learning jutsu. As a genin learning Doton jutsu, can they pick and choose any technique they want to learn that's under B rank, or do they have to go in order, starting with all the academy student techniques, then all the genin techniques and stopping at the chunnin? Is it different for learning Genjutsu, since there's no academy student/genin/chuunin thing?

Just pick and choose, Pho! As a genin, you can only operate up to B rank techniques though!
Same system applies for genjutsu. Just doesn't fly with Taijutsu/weapons.

EDIT: Also, for elemental jutsu, is there a limit to how many can be learned?
