You mean super fat like the women I see go to 7/11 and stuff that look 5'0" and 500 pounds? That fat, nah. But I used to be 5'4" and 180, now I'm 5'6" and 159, may as well get money for being fat....

Both cases, you have to go outside and go into public, not just stay in the house for the entire day.
