Gracie rolled her eyes and sped up, racing towards Rufus. She reached out her hand, hoping to take the quaffle before he could shoot. "You could never forget about me Rufus... I'm pretty unforgettable." She smiled at him.

Gren was caught by surprise when he was told to fly to the other rings, but he headed over there anyway. He had originally wanted Keeper, but he felt he was doing so well as a Chaser. He decided to go ahead and do it anyway, since he did want to see how well he would be in the Keeper position. He flew over to the rings and turned to face the field, keeping an eye out for the chaser’s positions, and ready to move at a moments notice.

...and neatly caught it. The wings fluttered between her fingers as Shina held the Snitch aloft. "Caught the Snitch!" she called. "Want me to let it go again, or are we good?" she asked, voice still raised so as to be heard.

...and didn’t quite catch it. He did, however, happen to hit the quaffle with the tip of his broom and deflected it away. He smiled as he watched it happen, and flew back up to take his defensive position.

And, of course, hoped nobody would realize that was an accident. The ball was tossed back up to Gren and he threw it out as hard as he could to the other Chasers and smiled.

Ver watched silently as the game went on. She had become bored with shooting at targets with the first one she hit. People were much more fun to aim at, and a lot more of a challenge. Suddenly Chase said they could shoot at Chasers, and she brightened. As Rufus' shot failed to go through the hoop, Ver chased after a bludger and aimed it straight at the brunette third year, hoping to give her cousin a fighting chance at tryouts.

Gracie saw Chase toss another quaffle into the air and raced off to see if maybe she could catch it. And if she couldn't catch it, she hoped it smashed her in the back or arm. As she reached for the quaffle, she heard a bludger hit someone and saw Rufus in the corner of her eye get hit.

ℜufus was disappointed in such a bat shot. But he did not have time to really regret it as a bludger slammed into him. His eyes watered from the pain of it. why was it during each tryout he gets hit by a bludger last year one gave him a nasty nosebleed. He turned to see Ver and he tried to shake off the pain as he saw Gracie fly after the ball that was thrown up in the air. He moved for it as quick as he could to catch it.
