One new student starts tomorrow at 8:00AM, so I have an early day tomorrow. But it's a paying early day, so I can't complain, really. I'm going to be so sore, it's awesome. Kenpo X always makes me happy.

Also I didn't have meat for dinner which makes me sad. Not because I need meat, but because that left me with two small potatoes and broccoli, rofl. Which isn't as substantial as I'd like, but it didn't hurt I'm sure. My weight will probably be high regardless because I drank diet soda today after teaching. /shrug.

It's almost only a week until mein Mann arrives (hopefully). I'm really worried about his drive down here... 21 hours, 1,260 miles. Gah. e___e;; I just have to work hard until then, that's really all I can do, I guess, right? When he gets down it'll be around Day 24 of P90X. I. Must. Continue. To. Train. Even if he's down here. ESPECIALLY if he's down here, amirite? I will be honest, working out may not happen every single day while he's moving in and things are hectic, but I promise to do my best with eating/exercising while he's moving in. :)

I want my weight to go down. Bah. >: Oh, well. I have to keep doin' what I'm doin'. Keep Pushing Play, Keep on Training!

I hate that I've been feeling so bleh lately. My weight hasn't gone down. I'm still about .5" bigger around the middle, too, so it's not just like I'm losing fat, I feel big and bumbly (new word!) around the middle, but I feel like my arms look really good lately. I'm just in an awkward phase I guess, and I have to keep telling myself, "this is only week 2! chill out!". But it's hard when I was like, 117 before starting the program. Meh. I was 118 on day 1. I would like to be there for next week when my bf comes. This is the same thing I say all the time. And then I eat too much, rofl.

I ate 48oz on craisins this week. I'm not buying them any more. At all. They are wonderful and delicious and nutritious but I just can't keep having them around, they've turned into a binge food for me. Nothing else, just craisins. Granted it could be much, much worse, but they're still sweetened and sugary so meh. We should see weight improvement now that they're gone, at least.

Today is my day off, but I think I'll go for a walk if nothing else. I already walked alongside a student for 30 or 40 minutes (it was her first lesson so it's customary to go out with a walker) and then rode for an hour while teaching more advanced students, but after doing P90X I feel like I need more exercise, it's awesome! Also, I ate like 2 cups of craisins so I should probably burn them off. /;

We should see improvement with the weight soon, as I don't have my binge foods around and I'll be more diligent about taking in water instead of diet soda. Woot.

I probably shouldn't have eaten the chips, but I did. Meh. I decided to have my "meal" for lunch rather than dinner today, and I'll have a shake at 6 probably. I am SO TIRED from working at the barn, riding, etc. because it was so hot out today, I was there from 9 until 1 or so, so I needed to refuel with actual foodstuffs, especially if I'm planning on doing P90X today, too. TOTALLY DON'T WANT TO DO IT TODAY. But you know what? Too bad. :) Do work.

I hate that all I want to do lately is eat. It's lame, it sucks, and for some reason I can't get my head into healthier mode. Just bingeeee. I had 500 calories of junk before 9am, what the hell. /;

I can feel my self-confidence slipping. I hate this. /; From about 10th grade until this semester (junior year Fall of college) I wore sweat shirts to school daily. And around the house. I mean, I live in Florida. Daily isn't taken lightly in 95 degree heat ahaha. And even though it's August I'm starting to feel the urge to crawl in one and disappear again.

I hate hate hate hate this. I don't know what I'm more afraid of; my bf coming, or my bf not coming. I just want to be okay with myself and I feel, I don't even know, "unacceptable" I guess if I'm still bloated and gross-feeling. I'm working hard every day and just ruining it when I eat, and it's miserable. I'm POURING sweat on a daily basis and gaining weight. I can't stick to SlimFast, or eating healthy, or eating less, and I feel worthless because I'm not getting anywhere.

I wish someone had an answer.

Aw. <33 I don't know how I'm inspiring, my weight hasn't moved in forever and I constantly mess up my eating/working out. x____x But I guess that shows that I'm a person, too! We all make mistakes, and if we want it, we'll all get there. :) <33 Thank you for the compliments, you made my day. :)

My eating habits are terrible. I'm going to try to cut down on cursing, too. And drinking water/matcha tea only. We shall see how these three things work out for me.

I've been in a really dark place lately. I need to work through it. It may get better or worse in the next week or so as the bf comes down. I hope that everything works out with us. I'm already kind of apprehensive about his drinking, which he does a lot, and I do very rarely, and never more than one drink. I have personal reasons to not drink, it's not just like me being snotty. Whatever.

I feel like bad demons are coming back, I don't like it. Saw some old pictures of me, 98-104lbs. Meh. Then I stuffed my face. ROFL. Oh, life.

Decided for P90X probably going to opt out of Yoga, and opt out of Tuesdays, because I went to bed at 6PM yesterday and woke up at 8:30 today. LOTS of sleep, too tired to do shoulders/arms/abs after school all day so... switching that around a bit. Going to do shoulders/arms/abs now, then maybe run? Or INSANITY cardio.

ALSO I GOT TWO NEW CLIENTS FOR THIS WEEK. Well one was last week, but that brings my total clients up to 6, weekly lessons up to 7 (one of my girls goes twice per week). Go me. [/awesome dance!]

Yes, it is September. Yes, it will be getting cold. No, I didn't need to purchase two more bikinis. But you know what? When Victoria's Secret says they'll give me two cute bikinis for $25 I can't say no. So I didn't, and they will be here in two weeks to celebrate my first completed month of P90X. Which means I have 14 days to get this bod in bikini shape and hit the beaches! ;D BF is gonna be here in a week, and he's going to want to play Volleyball like, every day. So I need a bikini to keep at his place, anyway?

I haven't worn a bikini in years. Once while he visited, and only to tan (a short-lived endeavor, I'm pale and always will be). But hopefully I'll like these and will wear them to the barn to bathe the horses and such. And pictures with the horses! :D ladfjsdlfjs. Yay.

Pink as shown, I got the orange bikini in really-really-green though 'cause it'll show off my eyes. :3

I'm surprised, reading what I just wrote, that I'm confident? D: wtf where did that come from. That'll probably change when they come in and I have to actually wear them e_e but maybe not! If I stick to P90X. <33

Since you've been working out so hard, but not seeing a drop in weight, I'm wondering if maybe you're not eating enough? P90X burns an INSANE amount of calories, but the SlimFast plan was designed for people who are walking or maybe jogging three times a week. You're putting in way more work than that though and the constant junk food/binge periods might just be because your body is dying for more fuel.

Maybe try figuring out what maintenance is for you at this point and then figure out what you burn with the P90X and eat half of that amount? Since you're basically on a muscle-building program, your energy needs are going to be way elevated in order to do all the repair work your body needs to do on your muscles.

Yeah, I'm really experimenting lately. I'm not sticking to Slim Fast 100%, I'm using the foods as meal replacements but eating much more than they want me to. Just like any diet, I'm experimenting and seeing what works. (:
Today was much better than most other days for sure, so I'm going to apply what I learned today to tomorrow and see if it still works. (More fiber at lunch, multivitamin, matcha tea, lots of water. Dinner was good, too: chicken breast, one small white potato, 1.25 cup of broccoli, water!)

I always feel good when I get more protein, the problem lies in carb consumption. Too many and I feel bloated and huge, too few and I feel drained and grouchy. Where's the happy medium?! I've not yet found it, ha! I'm not really great with planning, either, so... that's why I was thinking SlimFast would be helpful. :) It's not really been helpful, though, 'cause I find I need a lot more protein early in the day than a shake can provide. 1c of egg beaters and oatmeal should serve me well though. 250 cals and 28 grams of protein (47% of my recommended daily, but with P90X I need much more).

So I'm going to try to log everything. I think that holding myself accountable like that is going to make me eat better, too, we'll see. I have been enjoying my dinners, though: 1 chicken breast (170), 1 small potato (110), broccoli (70). It's a FULL plate with all of the broccoli, and it's not too carb-heavy but I still get the white potato. 350 cals for dinner isn't bad either, especially if I eat 100-250cal increments through the day, so we'll see.

Been upping fiber and water, trying to stay far from sodas. I'll see how this works out for me!

Also, I have illustrated a question in Microsoft Paint (skillzzz). Why are my thighs shaped the way they are? They're like, pointy and I dislike it. ): Is that a weight/tone thing or is anyone else having this issue? Or is it genetics?
