I don't think he was referring to that part of your comment. Although, I don't know if displaying your passion for RvB is the best way to present yourself upon first meetings with those of the female persuasion, unless she's wearing an I ♥ Nerds shirt.

Never read it. Not really interested. The Golden Compass is higher on my list. I'm sure I would have more interest if it had come out a little earlier, say when I was thirteen...but now, not entirely appealing, it's fan base seems a little...over exuberant to me.
(Coming from someone who waited in the line at Barnes & Noble at midnight for every Harry Potter book since PoA.) ^ x ^;;
