I also have those things! Hi! And yeah for me in particular all it takes is missing one deadline ( I'm a journalism major) and it just throws me off completely. I end up procrastinating becuase I feel I'm just gonna miss every deadline after. ( although that may just be a me thing)

For me its more of a hyper focus/lack of focus kinda thing. I can't always pick what I work on. My mind's on character profiles and story arcs, so it makes it hard to do articles and read whats in front of me ( I've been staring at the same website for like hours crying ) Sometimes it works in my favor, like I'll be able to really get into what I write but right now..yeah no I keep coming back to the rps and basically looking at everything but the article in front of me. ( probably because I know its late so I hate acknowledging that I didn't make a deadline. )
I'm in print journalism but am thinking of switching to either PR or Zoology once I start my Bachelor's. ( kinda how I ended up taking trig)

Have a warm cup of coffee and work on the project. Caffeine is a stimulant which can actually calm people with add in small doses. Plus, if younestablish a routine it makes it easier
