Synister Bombardment Would it make sense to get a [-1], or however the decreases go, when you train on your medical jutsu in the town's hospital instead of the academy?
Someone asked that before, actually... and, I brought up the point-
If you want to be a doctor, do you go to a hospital to become one, or do you go to a special school?

When it says County, and the space below is # ___ Mo. ___ Yr. what the hell do I put? #___Month ___ Year. Lol, I don't know what you mean by County because I'm Canadian.
