You have a theme and you've pulled it off well. I get the feeling your avi would be a wispy but smart girl. Maybe quite fragile. The only thing I'm unsure on are the eyes, they seem just a tad to big. But such a small detail does not detract significantly from the overall feeling of the avi.

So imma give you two scores here:
1: Horror Score: 9.5/10
So close to a perfect horror avatar. However the whole Avi is sticking to one specific colour scheme, maybe a dash of red to signify blood would make this this one of the best overall Avi's I've ever seen!
2: Average Score: 8/10
Very few variations of colour, however there is an obvious theme that flows throughout the Avi which gives it such high points. More colours and a more apparent theme would raise he score to near perfect levels.

Definitely liking the color scheme you've got going on with the all black and then making it pop with the ever popular Gaia-tan... however, the hairdo thing that you've got going on isn't really a favorite of mine.

I like the colors and how well they all fit together. He looks like a cocky person, but a wise person at the same time and with all that hair I can't help, but feel like he's got a lion's heart.
