Kind of weird about the first one though 'cause I had that two post reduction for awhile but whatever it's not a big deal to me. The edits have now been made. Really just have one more warning to make that you might see me here again sometime soon. That would be a new character completely unrelated to this one though. I have another in Konoha that I haven't used in about three months and can't see myself using anytime soon so that character would be completely new and just taking its place.

With the few friends she has had, Prishe is known to be very loyal and stands up for them no matter what, but in return gets full rights to bully them to her leisure. Surprisingly, she is very religious, and can sometimes be found praying to some unknown god, one she claims gave her the gift of her eyes, and the power she now possess.

Prishe was born in a place very neighbor to where Otogakure was built. Her family was apart of one great nation until an extreme fault out occurred due to differences in interests for the nation. As her family slit into many various parts, she was left with one of the larger, more wealthy groups. Growing up, she was taught the way of her families gifts, and why it's important to only use said gift for Justice, and not greed or personal gain. Being unstable from the very beginning, things that you'd normally think as common sense never applied with her, and so she was more prone to doing very illegal and disastrous things which inevitably led to her being banished from her home. After this incident, she was left with little to nothing besides a few friends she ended up running across on her journey of isolation. Unfortunately, these people didn't last long in the outside world, and once again Prishe was left along. Only when she found Otogakure did she finally have a place to rest her tired eyes. A place where she and her differences are accepted.

Born in Iwagakure, Airi's parents abandoned her when she was about five years old. Taken in by another family who thought they could be of service to her, the young girl immediately channeled her negative feelings of heartbreak into anger and was constantly in fights with children her age and older than her. It was during this time that she was given the title of Bakemonoko; Little Demon. To this day, she retains this name, due to the fact that she really hasn't grown all that tall. It was when she was fifteen that she bit off more than she could chew in deciding to take on a group of thugs who had wandered into her village. Easily overwhelmed by them, she was saved by a traveler named Black who took care of the problem, made sure she was okay, and went on his way before she had much time to speak with him. Currently, she has traveled to Kumogakure ooking for him, wanting to return her debt to continue on with her way of life.

Being hospitalized for treatments and check up's at birth Light has always been kept in door's unable to adventure around her temple. Through her years of grewing up she has never been able to speak to others due to being mute, which put her family at edges at times. Her childhood days consisted in training by her fathers wish's until the day he was sent way from the temple by elders to perform misson's when her sixth birthday passed. Which left her mother Hikimi to teach their daugther ways in life so she could defend herself upon anything should happen if the women was'nt around. Reaching her year of being eleven Light's brother Hidan had taken his sister out of the temple to see how life was like with a misson that took 's two day's to finsh.

Upon coming smoke filled the air as fire was bringing down the temple. Both her and Hidan ran inside the flame's back to their home only to find the motther they loved so dearly hanged by rope's. So they fled the temple which had been on the outskirts of fire country grasp with cursed mixed feelings about that day. Shortly after Hidan and left Light's life heading off on his on while the girl found a new home home in Otogakure .

Born and raised in Kumogakure Haituro made his way through the academy with flying colors. Although he is the only Hari clan member known at the moment his prowess appears to give him a lot of potential. Being the only member of the Hari he is fairly lonely. His personality makes him popular with females although he isn't very out going he doesn't seem to show much interest in them. He just recently graduated from the academy and is waiting on his first mission so he can continue his training on his way to becoming a genjutsu master. • Otherworldly Imagery- Genjutsu performed cannot be mimicked or reversed by any means. ( Genjutsu can still be broken, however. )
• Life Sense- Within 100 meters, any type of life is able to be seen as a bright glow, when even the Byakugan cannot see it.
• The Gift of Life- The user may trade their life for another's, resurrecting them if they were recently killed.

Once upon a time, there was a young girl who grew up in a small village. She was born with a very special gift and that gift was the ability to create genjutsu that seemed so real that it would even the higher class ninja could not tell the difference. When this ability of hers was discovered, they decided to try and cultivate it. Doing large amounts of painful experiments and tests on the little girl in order to find out how it worked and if it was possible to give it to the other ninja of the village. They finely figured out that it was her eyes that were giving her these abilities and they planned to remove them and give them to two separate anbu ninja. On the day the operation was supposed to go down, the young girl escaped and dashed through the forest as fast as she possibly could. With Anbu on her tail, she would begin to panic. Creating genjutsu left and right to try and slow them down. It would work but only for a moment. The Anbu finally would catch up to her. She was backed into a corner, bruised, and afraid. She would close her eyes and try to count down from 5. She did this whenever she was afraid. It was something her imaginary friend always told her to do. When she got to 1, the sounds of a struggle would take place. She would stop counting and then open her eyes to see a man standing there surrounded by dead bodies. The young girl would not see the man fully until he would come out of the shadows. She would smile in the most genuine of ways from behind her white hair but would then become concerned as her savior would shoot blood from his nose and faint. She often wondered why he did that.

A few years would pass and she would find that she loved being around this man. She followed him everywhere. She had also found that her imaginary friend liked to adventure about around the world too. He was more aggressive than she was but he always stayed in line around "The Man". Though she would always allow her imaginary friend to come out a lot more than she did. The imaginary friends name was Malous and her name was Cecilia. "The Man's" name you ask? It's the same color that is covers the night sky. It's the color that turns everyone invisible. It's the shade that you hide in to protect you from the sun. Black. (crushed it!! -cheers for self- )

We already offer reduction systems for Taijutsu and yours would significantly reduce the posting far too much for a personal attribute.
Also, we can't allow your first attribute either because we also don't allow recovery rates that high or fundamentally in fractions. If I can make a suggestion as per suggested by another mod:

Bloodline discipline gives refunds to techniques above D rank for both chakra and stamina and its only 5 chakra
So X-mod would say: " 5 but she has to choose between chakra and stamina and only on techniques above D rank "
