*Goes over and looks at Kaifun's ID, gets a glass and a Sapporo. Places both the glass and Beer on the bar in front of Kaifun. She then returns to see Officer Dougherty.*

Thank you, miss. The Gensokyo Diner does have some alcoholic beverages, but the choice is limited. It's more of an eating place.

*He grins after she kisses him* Yeah, sorry about that, M'dear. They were shorthanded downtown the past couple of days, and I've been helping out a bit here and there. *nods in acknowledgement to Hong Kaifun, then turns to Ryzan* Hello Ryzan ... Heh heh, careful there!

*Grins at Ryzan.* You will probably be seeing a lot of Kyle, Ryzan. Once the expansion is completed, he will most likely be working in the Spa as well as helping me out. wink

*Kyle flashes a smile at Ryzan.* It is indeed a pleasure to meet you Ryzan. *Kyle nods gracefully at Ryzan.*

*She turns her attention to Officer Dougherty.* I had a Black Tie event I needed to attend today and I had to take Kyle with me because I hadn't had the opportunity to tell you about it, William. *She traces her index finger in circles on the top of the bar in front of him.* I suppose you would have been too busy to escort me anyways. *She sighs.*

*Notices the connection between Ryzan and Kyle, and he chuckles silently to himself* That's quite alright, M'dear. I was quite busy today, and I understand that you needed an escort to such an affair. *He puts his hand over hers on the bar and squeezes it gently with approval*

*taking a quick glance at the wine selection, realizes that he does not really recognize what the difference amongst them would be just judging by the labels. A little put off by that, he starts to just go for the elven wine, but stops*
um... jabbress. I know this may not be the best of times, jhal... *points at the wines* I am not familiar with the rivvil wine. If not now, could you perhaps at some point teach me a bit about these? Quortek had mentioned that Katana asked about my knowledge of wines in reference to me hosting at the Jade Dragon. I cannot simply keep recommending elven wine for everything sweatdrop

@ Ryzan: You won't like any wines of this world as much as elven wine, but I can recommend some good ones. I tend to like red wines. *Points to a bottle.* Try that one…that Bordeaux right there. 3nodding

After opening it, she has a seat at the bar.* Dougherty, have you seen Showcase around? It seems like it's been ages since I've seen him......

*turns to katana* Yeah, we were dealing with O/T down at HQ this weekend. He might be at GGB. Killafrog's looking for him.
