I used to work for Wal-Mart, so I understand fully.
As for hobby lobby, maybe they would be better.
Personally I don't agree with their practice in being
biased when it comes to health coverage, but at
that point it would be a better option.
Too bad there isn't a Hannaford by you.
What about Costco?

Hannaford is like a Smith's, or like a smaller
than Wal-Mart grocery and pharmacy. They
reward people for being hard workers, even
gave us $2 - $5 vouchers for when we pulled
longer than usual days because we were busy,
for coming in and working another shift,
and so on. And those of us who got voted as
a monthly star were taken out for lunch at a nice
restaurant on their tab, even if we were on the clock.

They are big enough to take care of their people
but small enough to be personal. I liked most of
my coworkers. The ones I didn't were the ones
who complained about working and were lazy.

I've heard Costco is a good company to work for is
why I brought it up, as well as paying more than
Michael's.
