Noltic knew what he could do, the stone gave him limitless power, but time was another thing.
"The stone should grant me power over equivalent exchange, but it exists outside of space/time, and hence does not exist in the past, so i dont have the power then. I could probably get out of it, but id be worse off than Tao, and he cries blood for chrissake. I dont think i could exist in the past..."
