Lyle looked up at him, realizing what she had done. She whimpered and lowered her head before turning back into a human. "I'm so sorry. I wasn't thinking." She quickly apologizes before berrying her face into her hands.

Skye kissed her head, "Its fine, just startled me is all." He put his arms around her. He felt stupid for almost going for his knife and he didn't like that she felt so bad for doing something so natural to her. They were both going to have to get used to it if they were going to hang around each other, he knew that. He was considering not caring any sharp or deadly objects on him.

"I wont change anymore in front of you." Lyle mumbled as she lifted her head and stared at him with watery eyes. She wasn't sure how this was going to work out, but she was sure that they would find a way to work it out.

He shook his head, "You don't have to do that for me. Your beautiful in both forms." He kissed her softly, wanting to reassure her. He knew after a few times he wouldn't be bothered at all by it unless she surprised him good.

"Are you sure?" She asked after he had kissed her. She loved how gentle his kisses were. It sort of made her feel like she was in heaven, that or normal. Lyle was still unsure if she should really change around him, even after he would get use to it.

"Very..." Skye gave her a soft smile and brushed her hair behind her ear. He could feel that she was still hesitant and he understood why. By all accounts they were supposed to be against each other. Being in raw form in front of someone your supposed to hate, is difficult and puts everyone on edge. He was afraid of how he would come out looking if he was in his hunter mode in front of her. It gave him a small chill thinking about it. He hoped she would never have to see that side of him.

A light blush crossed her cheeks as he had brushed some of her hair behind her ear. She returned the smile before leaning over and kissing him. Despite their history and differences, she felt comfortable being with him. Breaking the kiss, she licked his cheek. "Ok, good." She said softly with another smile.

Skye smiled a little more, "Good." He really was going to have to get used to a thing or two.

Lyle giggled. "I'll stop licking you if you want." She said softly with a grin. She knew that she was going to lick him randomly anyways.

"Nah thats fine. Just not used to it... at all. Your the first girl to do it." Skye kissed her cheek softly and laid back on the ground, looking up at the tree canopy.

"Well, I am your first wolf girlfriend." Lyle giggled before snuggling up to his side and resting her head on his chest.

"Very true.... Even though I've had some odd girlfriends in the past." Skye was glad for his new choice, much better then his last few even if she was a wolf.

"Well, I'm sure all of them were insane." She said softly as she gently scratched his side.

"And why do you think that?" He asked not really denying it. Skye figured there was something behind it.

She lifted her head and smiled at him. "Because, they thought you would fall in love with them." She said softly before resting her head back on his chest. Lyle was loving every minute of just laying there with him.
