As long as I'm on the giving end, I'm fine with torture. And Encarton? I have an item that cuts my opponent's spell resistance/immunity to 0. And Death is instaneous. No time for replication. Plus, it's a clone. Death would affect the clone at the same time if it managed to replicate itself.

Or quite frankly rewrote the rules of existence as a punpun character would be unsurprisingly able to do?
