Severus grinned and melted into the kiss. When he broke apart to breathe, he felt a sense of dread, like he didn't deserve to be happy with someone he loved and that this happiness, like so many others, was going to be stripped away from him.

Remus rested his head on Severus' chest. "I want to get to know you better. What do you want to do once we graduate?"

Severus shrugged. "I think I want to try to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts here, actually. It's always been my favourite subject, and I severely disagree with the way the current professor explains it."

"I know. When he taught us about werewolves he just made werewolves out to be evil and he knew I was in the room." Remus growled a bit. Which made him blush and cover his mouth.

Severus chuckled and nuzzled him. "Does he know about... your condition?" He was suddenly disliking the professor more than he already did.

"Yes all the professors know. They have to so I can be excussed for missing classes when i'm healing up after the full moons. Also Professor Dumbledore was hoping that he might know some things about werewolves to help me out when i first entered school. Which he didn't. He doesn't know anything more than what he has to to teach." Remus rolled his eyes.

Severus frowned, worried and disturbed by what he was hearing. He'd never really liked the Defence Against the Dark Arts professor, but he had thought he did a decent job teaching what he needed to. To learn otherwise was disturbing and at Remus's cost. "I hate him," he declared suddenly. "Anyone who dares give you a hard time, I hate them."

Remus couldn't help but smile at Severus' declaration. He kissed him lovingly. "Aww Thank you Sevie. That's so sweet of you."

Severus blushed. He'd never been called sweet before, especially not by another guy. "You're the first," he muttered suddenly. "I mean, you're the first guy I've ever liked."

"Malfoy was not kind to me." Remus didn't want to admit to Severus that Lucius' unkindness was kind of what attracted Remus to him.

Remus blushed. Why did Severus have to ask him that? He really didn't want to answer it but he couldn't just lie to him. "He oozes sex." Remus said softly. "He knows exactly what to do to make me putty in his hands." He chewed his lip woundering if he should have thought of a better way to put it.
