Yeah, he has a metal thing at the base of his tail, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a hair binding.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IF IT'S NOT A TAIL?!
IT CURLS TOO MUCH AND IS TOO TIGHT TO BE ANYTHING OTHER THEN A TAIL. IF IT WAS HAIR IT SHOULD POOF OUT OR SOMETHING.

hair spray, anything is possible with hair!!
PLUS! IT IS A VIDEO GAME. Video games
such as these are meant to have freakish
hair! Also, the tail never moves or uncurls
like a normal tail. It's as stiff as a...you
