I'm looking for a fic that's Fred/George. It's about them testing new "toys" for Weasley's Wizard Wheezes. One of them was a tentacley type thing. I first saw it on painless_j's rec list, but now I can't find it again. Help!

It's not a specific story I'm looking for, but does anyone know of any good Harry / Neville fanfiction? Preferably relatively in-character, and of maybe PG13 or R rating (That is, I'd prefer it to not be NC17 or otherwise exceedingly smutty, although I am of age). If a generic request rather than a specific story in mind is against thread rules, just tell me and I'll delete my post. Thanks.

okay, i am looking for a Draco/Severus/Lucius one. all i remember is that Sev and Lucius tie up Draco and give him a blow job (*winces at bluntness*). i recently wrote a fic where Draco ties up Harry and i got the idea from that fic. so i dont wanna post till i can properly credit that fic. it was on fanfiction.net, by the way.

I'm looking for a fic I read a long time ago (maybe like...three or four years ago! Wow, didn't realise it's been so long..). I have the first three chapters of it copy+pasted onto my computer, but not the url. I've tried to find it with no luck. Anyway.

The fic is Harry/Remus. Sirius and Remus used to be lovers, but Sirius died, and now Harry is living with Remus at his house. Harry is upset about a nightmare he had about the war, so Remus kisses his forehead. They get all flustered about it, because Remus realises it's inappropriate, so they decide to forget about it, and move on with normal life (but of course, meanwhile there's lots of sexual tension going on). Then one day they're cleaning out Remus's attic and they find Sirius's old Hogwarts trunk, which they open, and they find a painting that Sirius made (Sirius was artistically inclined in this fic) that was half done - it was of Remus and Sirius, and Remus was fully painted while Sirius was still a pencil sketch. Needless to say, they were both moved by it...and end up making out right there in the attic. Except short while into it, Remus moans Sirius's name instead of Harry's....so Harry gets kind of mad, and runs off. That's where it leaves off.

If it helps, the first line of the first chapter is, "Harry Potter knelt on the knotty hardwood floor, fingering the pages of a worn old photo album."

I've read and re-read the three chapters that I do have because I like the fic so much. So if anyone knows of it...I'd be ever so grateful!

So one day you're reading this really awesome fanfic, but you have to get off the computer. The next day you go to your computer in hopes to finish the rest of the fic, then you realize, "damn, I forget what it was called!"

Well here you can ask around, and hopefully someone will get back to you with an answer.

Just post a brief summary of what you remember of the fanfic in question, and if you're lucky someone will know what the hell you're talking about.

Things to consider posting when on the hunt:
-Pairing(s).....ex. The main pairing is Draco/Harry, additional pairings are Ron/Hermione and Fred/George.
-Key words from the title.....ex. I think the title had something to do with "..."/The title was something like "Draco and the ....."

try looking in history, I once was reading a fic and I looked in history and found it!

It's not technically slash, but...

I read a Snape/Hermione fic a looooooooooong time ago (about a year ago), where it was one of the muggle-born marriage laws (normally I hate those, but this one was actually good). Snape's father had arranged the marriage, and neither of the newlyweds were very enthusiastic. Needless to say, this was a particularly dark fic.

This one was on fanfiction.net, by the way...

I read this years ago on a site called Red Moon Rising, it was entirly Sirius/Remus but itwasshutdown and I am hoping someone might know if the auther posted it anywhere else.

it is during or after the war, Remus is in a wearwolf internment/prison camp but Sirius gets him out and takes him home...
pretty dark and depressing but I was hopeing for a happy ending

I am sure I have seen the one you are talking about, I think I have read almost every fic in th HP section of AFF with more than 4 chapters ^^

I doubt many people are even going to see this post, but I might as well try...

Does anyone have the PDF of "Underwater Light" by Maya? She removed all of her fanfiction from the 'net a while back so she could publish original stories, but for a while she would send the PDF file to anyone who asked. Unfortunately, I e-mailed her and she told me she completely deleted the story from her computer. I know this is one of the most popular Harry/Draco fics out there so SOMEBODY's gotta have it.

I'm looking for a fanfic I read about a week ago that was on fanfiction.net.
I unfortuently only read the first paragraph and a half so I won't be much help but this is what I remember:
It was called "Which Harry is Harry?" and the pairing listed was I think Harry/Charlie. It might have been Harry/Bill. The summary said that Harry had locked himself inside his mind and his emotions were taking over or something?
So anyways, in the beginning, (it's in third person, no one's particular view) Harry's uncle is raping harry -shudders- and it says that both Vernon and Dudley abused and raped him. Then it goes over to Sirius, Severus, and Charlie (Bill?) who had just Apparated infront of the Durlsey's house. Sirius and Severus start arguing for some reason and Charlie tells them to shut up.
That was as far as I read and I've looked at every possible Harry/Charlie fanfic on ff.net
Does ANYONE know if it got deleted or was posted on another site or I was just looking at the wrong pairing because it was Bill in it?
