Dr. Peppers girl looks like she would get along with Tonks because of that outfit. For some reason it makes me think of punk scene and then punk scene makes me think of Tonks.

Miss Lupin reminds me of Parvati Patil...only because i always imagined her as kind of slutty (4th book was the first one i read and i just assumed she went with harry because he was a celebrity) and fishnets are often associated with sluttyness ninja
