"Aber Spaß" Was her only light answer to that, a smile playing over her lips as she glanced to Methos, "So I take it you two have getroffen?"

"Briefly," Methos smiled. To Keket he asked, "So, did you buy that bar?"

On that she nodded, nice simple answer while she tried to lighten up, sure around friends she tended to automatically drop the coldness, but he wasn't a friend, she didn't know him, nor did she trust him. But sadly she trusted Luana, and if she invited him along he had to be halfway decent at lest. "It's being worked on now." There, she even managed a hint of kindness in her tone.

Methos didn't hold Keket's wariness against her -- as a matter of fact, he didn't trust either of them either. He'd just had thousands of years to perfect hiding it.

"Good to hear it," he smiled. "Where did you want to go, girls?"

"This way." Was Luana's answer, hey it was true given she at lest went to pull Keket along, she knew Keket wouldn't get offended by that, she didn't know Methos well enough to do anything such thing. She certainly seemed relaxed enough though, almost like she was more trusting, she left her main hand free though, not that he would notice that most likely, "There is a place a little down this street."

Methos smiled. "Sounds good." He put his hands in the pockets of his long black coat and sauntered on behind them.

nearby...

The night life in this town was no New York, but all in all, it wasn't a bad place. The women were pretty, and so far none of the men had tried to pick a fight. The drinks were reasonably priced, and many of the clubs didn't have a cover charge tonight. Too bad every single one of them seemed to have the same DJ (who obviously missed the "raves are dead" memo). If he heard one more high hat from that four-on-the-floor crap, he just might scream...

As he walked down the street looking for another place to stop in, he heard live music... Johnny's ear's pricked up, and he made a beeline for the club...

"'Mullarkey's' huh," Johnny read aloud, taking a drag off his cigarette and scanning the patrons smoking out front. Their hair wasn't too swoopy, their pants not too tight... some kid was wearing a Jawbreaker hat, its bill studded with spikes. Looked like a good place to him.

Johnny stubbed out his cigarette and happily paid the five dollar cover before ducking inside his sixth bar tonight. The best part of bar-hopping was the walking, clearing your head just slightly before fogging it back up again. It was a process, and one that Johnny had down to a science...

Well since the nice quite night wasn't going to be so quite anymore Keket at lest made an attempt to light up, even managing a smile that wasn't all that forced, once she realized where they were headed she didn't pay as much attention. "So might I inquire how you met Luana? She doesn’t from what I last knew often deal with other immortals." Apparently she needed to play catch up with her friend, last she saw or heard Luana was quickly on her way to becoming emotionless, not that ended up that way it seemed.

It was weird to think on that, little over sixty years ago, she had forgotten it had been that long ago, Luana never did change her first name, while at the time she had been going by Nicole. Then things had been rather flipped, Luana was the cold and distant one with herself trying to get liveliness out of her friend, though things had been amusing if you count getting wasted enough to get arrested as fun. Before they had gotten locked up for the night though things had been highly amusing if not rather odd, involving a zoo and a city full of spray painted animals, the things that come to mind when drunk stupid.

Those thoughts did pull a smile from her, they were both such children at times, no matter what their age they had always done stupid if not highly amusing things that normally got people to be highly confused. She shook herself out of her thoughts though to pay more attention, fully planning on grilling Luana at another time about what had changed in the last years.

"Mutual friend," Methos nodded. "Well, student, actually." He smiled at Luana. They were practically strangers, but the girl seemed friendly enough and worthy of a tiny amount of trust. The only person in the whole wide world that he almost totally trusted was MacLeod. (And of course that made him a complete idiot.)

"She has yet to meet Dame Draka." Luana stated softly with a hint of a laugh, that would be an amusing sight, the two of them meeting, well if they didn't hate each other they might possibly get along, depended really. Though brought an interesting thought to mind, one she pushed aside for now given they had reached their goal, she paid the cover-charge for the tree with them without pause or though, though they were stopped simply because the bouncer was carding Methos and Keket, that almost made her feel old. Something must of shown on her face given the guy hesitated before asking to see her license as well.

Keket gave a light shake of her head but pulled a driver's license and showed it to the guy, age 22, it was over 21 at lest, that was what counted in the long run, at lest at this time. "Be happy Luana, at lest normally they never see your address." She contrasted Luana given when she spoke more then a word or two at a time she most definitely held some type of English like accent. She gave a light laugh, nodding to the bouncer when it ok'ed her to pass, she had to have a pocket somewhere, but where was the question given it seemed like the license disappeared, it might have been near the gun, who knows. "So you're making friends with others then, that's...nice." She cast a glance to Adam as she spoke, evaluating really it seemed, but half shrugged, "Cute at lest." She had her moments of bluntness it seemed, this being one of them.

That honestly pulled a laugh from her, making her drop her id without even meaning to, but she took the chance to lightly bat at her friend, "You're a trip." The bouncer picked up the plastic card and looked it over before handing it over, hey as long as they weren't planning on doing a background check she was fine. It was amusing given the name on the license was dead, had been for the last three weeks, she hadn't been lying when she said she was between lives, apparently she had been in New Mexico though, a german there, now that was a twist. Of course the age told her as 28 and she looked it, sometimes she even acted it, like now, kind of, "We are holding the line up."

Methos didn't bat an eye as he dug out his ID. He had no idea how old he'd been when he had his first death, couldn't even remember it, but the shaving kit he had at his flat was entirely for show. He looked older now, 5000 years or so later, but it was in a 10-15 year radius. He often passed for 18-20, though his ID said 28.

He raised his eyebrows at Keket's frank assessment of his appearance, then smiled shyly. Cute. I can do cute.

Another half shrug and a smile at his own, not really having much to say or do other then walk into the building, rather grateful there wasn't a metal detector, she'd been to ones with them, trying to get a gun into a club, about impossible. They rarely cared if you had a federal permit to have a concealed weapon, it wasn't allowed and she didn't tend to trust them to lock it up, she'd been shoot with her own gun before, she made them pay for it, but it wasn't pleasant in the lest. Keket paused a moment to make sure they were indeed coming instead of playing about, then went to nad a table away from the door, being near the door crowd always sucked. The only reason she really got a table at all was so if they got drinks there was someone to deliver them to, she was mainly one for mulling about and talking, not to mention dancing. Formal dancing she hated, end of story, refused to do it, didn't like to watch it even, club dancing was however completely in another league and rather fun with the right people.

With the two Immortal women with him, it took Methos a moment before the buzz of another of his kind over-rode their presance, then he stopped a split second before running into Luana's back.

Who is it now? he thought, vexed.
