i suggest that you do some sort of study on the human head? they aren't that bad, but i feel like there isn't enough skull to hold the face, ya know? i think the frontal facial structure is too big for the back of the head. i'm not sure, but that is what caught my attention sweatdrop
but what eejbeej said about lines weights will really help your drawings, here is a good tutorial on where you should thicken and where you should thin the lines [x] it's kinda hard in the begining but you'll get the hang of it =]
i pretty much agree with what everyone here has had to say,
hoep that helped in some sort of way, keep drawing :3
