o.O Y u k i O.o my music is so contrasted but then again i listen to ANYTHING i like, mainly darkwave though some bands i listen to: -the birthday massacre, lye, nine inch nails, tool, smashing pumpkins, cypress hill, system of a down, snoop dog, gazette, dir en grey, miyavi, linkin park, korn, the spice girls, aqua, alice in videoland, the dresden dolls, zombie girl, weird al yankovic, danny elfman, sailor moon saoundtracks, pink floyd, ayumi hamasaki, utada hikaru, weezer, the buggles, white zombie, david bowie, depeche mode, eurythmics,daft punk, bob marley, alice in chains, bjork!, kate havnevik, portishead, shonen knife, dj no left turn, dj scott brown, thomas dolby!, tom waits, soft cell, ETC!Haha, now thats a pretty awesome list. I love Smashing Pumpkins!

alot of goths seem to like the damned and the cranberries.
and synthyish shtuff.
Oh and the oh-so-emo Cure(sometimes goth) and the Smiths. 4laugh emo 4laugh emo 4laugh
For mee:
love the aforementioned "proto-punk", and also many bands that are ska,crust,or death metal-ish(Choking Victim,Death, Sadus, Amebix, Crass,Toxic Narcotic, ehhhs). Probably cuz of the ill beats. <--- Oh add a shitload of hip-hop too (I'm mostly drawn to the outrageously violent or funny lyrics). I'm also a big fan of gypsy folk music.
I got into Regina Specktor recentely as well. So add random female artists to the list.
