Gah! Terrible! Bad! Omg! aoilsdkjfaiuilkfjdfa OMFGGGG. *dies* I had been doing so well and now SO MUCH JUNK TODAY. I don't know, I just like, snapped or something. I can NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. gonk Okay, now that I had so much terrible stuff today and yesterday, maybe I can STOP DOING IT OMG. I made so much anti-progress today, blahhhhhh.

The girl scouts are too strong for me. I ate the damn cookies again. Okay, I seriously have to get with it, NO MORE JUNK FOOD AFTER THIS. GRAAAH. I had been doing so well, too!

Woo, looks like I'm back on track... except for the pizza. domokun I think I got a bit out of shape in the last week or so, though. I had planned on doing a whole hour of DDR but I got too tired. gonk

heart I totally feel for yah, having fat, and unhealthy parents. I do too. Here are some tips incase you didn't know them already~! heart

1. Should do aerobic 20~30 mins at least 5 times a week
2. Weights every other day, let your muscles relax and stretch/tighten
3. If you say run or do ddr, you have to work out for 20 minutes with your heartbeat up in your target fitness zone before you start to lose some of that weight. I.E. after 20 mins, then your body starts to burn up fat.

If you ever need any more advice, just ask~!

Thanks soo much for the advice! biggrin biggrin That seriously helped, that 20 minutes thing. With DDR I had just been trying to do the same difficulty of song the entire time, with my accuracy (therefore calorie-burning) decreasing all the while. Now, I think I'll start with slightly easier songs (not TOO much easier, just the slower heavy mode ones) and work up to the faster, denser (arrow-wise) songs so I can make the most of the part where I'm actually losing fat. Thanks again!

Comments:
Shouldn't have had the candy, but at least I got some good excersize in. But I'm really gonna have to get with it if I wanna lose those last 5 pounds by April 5. Assuming my idiot scale is even right. gonk I did decide, though, that I can do DDR more often if I only aim for 30min instead of an hour. I had been doing that hour in 20 min sets anyway, and the 30min straight is probably just as good (if not better).

Also, don't forget to cool down. After you've reached your cal goal, or maybe 20 cals before, start taking the intensity level down so your poor heart doesn't go, "what we're stopping?" just how a warm up is important more so is the cool down

Woke up too late to have time to eat breakfast OR lunch this morning. >_< Oh well, at least my band concert went well and my family and I went out to dinner afterwards and I'm sure I ate enough for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 3nodding

Good day! Got excersize and didn't eat anything bad! I should have more days like this. Every day should be like this. Also, I've been thinking about increasing my DDR time to 45 minutes if I can take it. I'll see tomorrow. 3nodding
