Day 14

Breakfast:
-Apple-Grape juice
-Honey bunches of oats with strawberries

Lunch:
-Nut bar
-Apple
-Two cookies
-Cheesits


Dinner
-Rice with some soy sauce
-Two slices of California Pizza Kitchen Pizza
-Three cookies (( Bad, Zealous Blue, bad. D< ))
-Two small glasses of milk.

Breakfast:

-Bowl of Cherios mixed with strawberry honey bunches of oats
-Grape-apple juice

Lunch:
-Two small blueberry muffins
-Cheesits
-Two Girl Scout Cookies
-Apple

Snack
-Quesadilla ( I need to stop eating these. ~_~;; )

Dinner
-Broccoli
-Pasta with meatless sauce

Breakfast
-Honey Bunches of Oats with Strawberry
-Grape-Apple juice

Lunch
-Cheesits
- Cashew bar
-Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich with no crust
-Apple
-1 cookie

Snack:
- Small bowl of pasta with meatless sauce.

Dinner
-Pasta with sauce
-Peas
-Milk
-Scoop of low fat chocolate ice cream

-Yogurt

Snack:

-Grahm cracker with peanut butter and jelly

-Green Beans
-Half a potato
-Shrimp basket (2)
-Apple Sauce
-Milk

-Yaki Souba (Japanese noodles with vegetables and shrimp)

-Pasta in some sort of afredo sauce
-Peas

-Tuna fish sandwhich (on white bread with lettuce and tomato)
-French fries

-Half a gramcracker
-Apple
-Cup of Ramen
-Mini Twix

Snack:
-Ice cream (I'm sick with a sore throat, and that's the only soft food in the house. ~_~ )

-4 Minimuffins
-Lemonade
-Apple Sauce
-Tomato Soup

-Chocolate Covered Pretzels
-Mini cookies
