Barn chores, 3 hours
grooming: 330
Walk Away 3 mile - 294
weights: 211
bicep curl: 8lb x 10 x 3
tricep kickback:8lb x 10 x 3
chest fly:8 x 10 x 3
chest press: 15 x 10 x 3
shoulder press: 8 x 10 x 3

TOTAL:835 + whatever I burned when I wasn't grooming

A horse person + kinesiology and exercise person needs to do a study on what different barn stuff does per minute per body poundage. Although I suppose turnout and feeding could be covered under "walking" you call on more muscles than just walking. Of course I call on more muscles with all the walk away moves but I still just guestimate.
