Current weight: 189
Goal this week:no binging! !!! scream
excersise: 2 gym class, 2 sikaran classes, a swimming class, and 0.5 badminton practice
Total loss: 6.5 lb
Total loss This week: +0.5

...another bad week...not as bad as the last one though... I think i'm going to start posting every day now...

excercize- not much
total loss this weeek-4.5 lbs

I have no effing idea how I lost 4.5 pounds with barely excersising and eating normally, when last week, i ran everyday and gained like 6.5 pounds. But thats proabably because of easter chocolate. And my now relative lack of it

Bought a new scale. The old one was off by 5-10 lbs.... So if theres a huge weight diff, then thats probably why sweatdrop

excersise - about 10k of biking 4 days a week, canoeing...

Things that have/do ins[ire me to keep trying: an incomplete list


1) fitting into a pair of size 8 jeans that I never thought I'd fit into

2) When my friend and I were swimming in the river, and my other friend 'saved us' (we didn't need saving, but he saved us with a throw bag anyways), when he pulled me out, he told me I was light .

3) Reading all your inspirational stories!!!

Wow. I actually remembered to update =O

The last few weeks have been crazy busy, so I haven't had uch time to think about weightloss. Or food for that matter...But it IS that time of the month. And that means waterweight.

ANYWAYS

Current weight: 183
Goal: Stop drinking regular soda!
Loss since last weigh in: =1lb
