My favorite anime girls are heroines like Sakura from Card Captor Sakura and Ayu and Nina from Ultramaniac.

People who are brave, with sunny dispositions without being dumb-happy all the time. They are smart and take on their challenges head one without getting overly-depressed when they fail, and they also don't fight just because but because. They got a reason and don't go off looking for trouble just for fun.

They don't fight for the thrill of it but for the peace that follows.

They try to do the best they can with what they are given, and even when they have to make hard choices they remain true to themselves.

Always had a soft spot for the ones that have the strong appearance but are still innocent underneath. Ex: The, "Kendo" girl. Like Mitoko from Love Hina and Rin from Maburaho. One reason I can't help but feel for them is that as far as I know, they NEVER get the guy.

I think I prefer too see the type of girls that dare too take action looking somewhat shy but other then that they know what to do Kinda like the Mai Hime and Mai Otome series.

Most are cool as they get too action and quite shy on stuff wich I think is what the anime girls need.
