    Boos: Binged. Bad. Ate all of this junk that my body doesn't need. But it's okay, because it's just one day.
    If I let myself have a day a week, I'm good. It's when you try to stay on a nazi-diet that you binge for more than a day and ruin it. So I'm good.

    Yays: I found a pedometer, which is awesome. It counts your steps, and the 'rate' of an active person is 10,000 steps. So I'm going to make that my daily goal. (: ten thousand steps per day. Then, every week, I'll bump it up 500 steps, until I'm at 13-14 thousand? (:

    Boos: Starbursts, gotta quit them. ><;;
    And the rice& gravy. We didn't have anything else to eat. -_-; Icky foods for me. ><
    I'll exercise them off though.
