There's a Taiwanese drama of Hana Yori Dango called Meteor Garden. Though they have similar plots, Meteor Garden is a little different and tried to squeeze the plots so that it contains all of everything from the manga. Meteor Garden also have a second series.

I've only seen Meteor Garden but not the second series since people says it's not very good. I think the manga is the best compared to the dramas and such because it's original and a lot nicer.
