Mind you, the salad probably wasnt the healthiest either, with the dressing and the fact that the Calamari is probably deepfried X_X

junk: a few of my friend's fries (with gravy X_X)

15min walk to barns

I messed up at lunch, so I had a low cal dinner to try and make up for it.

Hello.

Well, i think you are on your way to a good amount of weight loss.
becuase now you should be aware of what you are eating that is bad, or good. also tracking exercise is soo good.

i love how you have the amount of water you drink in your journal, that is stuff a great thing to have.

you seem to get exercise so even a little is awesome.

even though you havent record if you have lost any weight, or any of your meals for awhile.

any jounral is good for you to have, since tracking life, is the best way to help in the future.

Alright! Journal time again n_n

Monday November 6th

-breakfast-
Special k w/ %2 milk- 180calories

-lunch-
1 bowl cream of potato soup-350calories (eek)
1/2 cup rice with some kind of seasoning-205 calories (estimate)
4 soda crackers-50 calories
1 green apple-60calories
-dinner-
2 pizza pops-500calories

TOTAL: 1345

-Water-

-Exercise-
Pilates miniworkout, 10 minutes ish
barn chores- 1/2 hour
riding, 2 horses about 1 hr
more barn chores

Notes: Eee! I put on a pair of pants I'd intentionally bought about a size and a half too small, and they fit really well!

I'm going to the barn to do chores instead of my walk to school, it feels like I'm burning a lot more calories doing it.

I know pizza pops are terrible for you, but they were quick, har har har!

Oh my god YAY! I'm am so psyched by your jeans!

Did you know when light hits milk within 2 to 3 hours all the vitamins are gone?? that's why the cardboard boxed ones are better for you. razz
