I did sumwhat poorly today but the end workout thingy made me feel alot less guilty. =3

I've just started on my weightloss plan, and you're doing great so far :3!
Your thread is so pretty, too x3 I've got to try and jazz mine up a little more in the next little while.
Something you could try is hula-hooping. It strengthens and works your abdominal muscles <3 haha I'm going to try it out.
Anyway.. keep it up : D you'll reach your goal soon enough.

Dangit! I was going to start this monday but I got a cold so everthing I eat will be to help me get better, guess I'll just start but record my eating and exorsize next week.
