"You never know. He might have a lot to do with this." He said, smiling beautifully. He was always he most sensual of the three. "That man took us away from mother for a reason... And we now brother's always causing trouble." He murmured, stroking his pale, well-defined chin in thought.

With a yawn, Cloud climbed off his bike and sat down beside it, leaning against a rock. Things had been going well for him lately. In three years time he'd made alot of progress. His feelings of guilt about what had happened to Aeris had subsided in to practically nothing. Still, sometimes he found himself slipping back into short, unexplainable bouts of depression every now and again.
sighing, the ex-SOLDIER raan a hand through his unkempt blonde hair and closed his eyes. just a little longer.

It was then that Cloud's new cell phone would start ringing. Vincent waited patiently on the other end, holding his own phone which he had purchased after the last Reunion. He was already out of the forest and was now walking swiftly towards civilization.

The smallest brother's body twitched softly at the noise of another's voice- Kadaj's head snapped up, silver hair brushing back against his jaw line. His lips curved into a sadistic smile, and his eyes flashed at the stroke of happiness, for now the brothers were all together.
Kadaj awoke just as soon as Yazoo mentioned Cloud, however, and he stood, hands dusting himself off vainly.
"Why not!" Kadaj laughed, his pace now circling the oldest of the three. "Big brother has probably missed us, too...after all.. it has been three years.."
The man's eyebrows furrowed together, and Kadaj looked to the sky, where the white fingertips of tree branches now reached out to touch the morning sun. He turned to Yazoo momentarily, saying,
"Have you felt...the loss we've endured? There is no way of going back. Our only hope is that brother knows something of this."

"Hm?" he reached for his phone and flipped it open. It was probably Tifa wondering where he was. "Cloud here." The blonde looked across the desert one last time before standing up.

"And even if he does know something, you really trust that he'd tell us?" The elder questioned as he stood from the ground. "I don't trust him, and I'm sure the feelings mutual."
He held up his arm, the metal from Dual Hound glinting in the pale light, "I suppose we could always beat it out of him if he doesn't tell us." That always seemed to be the man's solution to everything. And in the past, it had been pretty effective.
"So, when do you plan on going to see him?"

"I've felt the loss as well, little brother... As soon as possible I hope we can go see him, Kadaj..." He said, smiling softly. "Perhaps even if he cannot help us with that man, he can help us a little in this wretched world..."
"Cloud." Vincent murmured simply in greeting. "I saw a very interesting sight only moments ago... The remanant brothers are back..." He murmured, glaring up at the blazing sun.

((Hello there! You guys are really good! I hope no one minds my pairing..)) Reno sat up in bed abrubtly. He had a strange feeling...the same one he had back when they had gone to the Northern Cave 3 years ago. Something big was going to happen, he knew it. Turning to the sleeping man beside him, Reno shook his lover gently. "Rude...Rude! Wake up! We have to go see Shacho. Something's about to happen...." Rude grunted and opened one brown eye. He peered up at Reno and noticed that the red-haired man looked panicked. "What's happening? You got 'that' feeling again?" Rude sat up and brought Reno to him. He held the man close and ran his fingers thru the soft red hair. Reno sighed. Rude always made him feel better. But something was wrong. "Yeah, I got 'that' feeling again."

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ "Brilliant..." The scientist muttered as he sat up on the cold concrete floor of the laboratory. He blinked against the harsh white light, and shook his head slightly. Well, the cloning project had been a complete failure. It was a good thing the scientist always created a backup plan.
Slowly, he moved to his feet, stumbling slightly as he moved to the bookshelf. He adjusted his glasses, and scanned the shelves for what he was looking for. A malevolent smirk twisted on his lips as he pulled down a rather old book.
He set the book down on a table beside an intercom system. He used one bony finger to press down the button as he spoke into the microphone, "New task for the day." His voice was cold and harsh, "Find me the remains of the last ancient."
Maddock coughed as he released the button, and sat down in his chair. He opened the book carefully, tiny particles of dust flying everywhere. He presed a skeletal finger to the page, and used it as a guideline as he read aloud to himself the chapter titles, "Black magic...Rejuvination...Reincarnation...Curses...Ah, here...Revival - Bringing the dead back to life.." ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Yazoo nodded quickly in agreement with his younger brother. "Correct... But where should we go, brother? Hide in a church like the other orphans?" He asked, looking around. His expression conveyed his clear distaste of the area. "Bah... This earth can be so vile..."

Cloud felt his stomach drop. This had to be a joke, they couldn't be back. It was impossible! Shaking his head the man regained control of himself and managed to spit out a reply. "How?"

"I have know idea but they are..." He frowned and looked ahead as he neared the city. "Most likely you'll be their target... However since there's nothing left of Jenova, perhaps we're in luck."
