Why do asians dye(highlight) their hair so much?

I have natural highlights. Yes... I was BORN with reddish-dark brown hair.

It gives me problems people generalize and think all Asians have black hair... Problems I mean by school... You can't dye your hair. Private school...

I dyed my hair because I wanted come changes. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like du deja vu.
I guess it's one of the general answer of all of us.

I have natural golden highlights in my brown hair ...but I'm not asian so I don't know why I even posted....I don't know any asian kids who dye their hair at my school mostly punkers and emos do... But I will say Asian men have the sexist hair....it's crazy all the different *goes off into a rant*

i never have...but a lot of my friends do...cause black is too boring..i like black though.

The first reason I dyes my hair was because all my friends had black hair and everybody gets us mixed up so I wanted to look different. I used to have metallic purple highlights in my hair, but then they turned red, then some bright pink, but now they're brown.

That was probably the worst hair experience I've ever had.

Anyways, for some strange reason, all my friends have highlights now also. >___<
