My two best friends like yaoi with me. And my other friends know but they don't really care either way. One of my friends is a lover of shonen-ai but if it gets too hard core she freaks. Stho sthilly

My friends are more obsessed with Yaoi then me. xd Its horrible. But all my guy friends are not into it.

All of my friends love yaoi or gay pairings in general. And if they don't, they don't really mention it. My friends and I will get in a big squealing fit sometimes over yaoi scenes. I know some of my guy friends don't really like it, but they tolerate it. And they just laugh at us when we start discussing yaoi

None of my friends know my fixation but two- and only one of them really likes it. The other doesn't mind though. But the one who does like boy-boy stuff is only into slash... *shrug* Which reminds me; I should get the first volume of Bokura no oukoku today...

haha, luckily most of my friends are okay with it, some of them even like it. my best friend and i love it (i converted her tehe)! but some people (like my sister) think it's absolutely disgusting. *sigh*

i love yaio and yea some arent into that kind of stuff but i have one real good friend that is just as upseast as i am! we have a rp on our "men" all the time!
sora and riku all the way!lol and another one of my friends is in love with gays more then yaio's (real men not just anime) like angel and spike! 3nodding

All my freinds know I like yaoi. One of my freinds actually first introduced me to it. Others watched it because they wanted to see it after I did and they like t too. Some are just plain freaked out though.

My friends generally fall into these categories:
a) Love it as much as I do
b) Neutral and tolerate it
c) Think I'm crazy but tolerate it.
It's a good system.

Okay guy friends: I have 1 who just freaks out pestering me on my latest yaoi book trying to steal it. The second one who likes it only likes one in particular and refuses to read any others until he has finished the series. ( though they aren't all out yet sweatdrop ) then the rest of my guy friends are like 'Omygosh!' Though my friends that are girls are trying to turn one of our other male friends onto it. I think he might watch the Gravitation anime. mabye. I feel really sorry, though for the one who freaks out about it becaues he was reading one of my 'Our Kingdom' books and one of his guy friends happened to look over his shoulder and well they won't leave him alone about it. especially since Akira and Rei are cousins..... Now he secretly trades them with me. I don't have the heart to tell anyone who doesn't already know. But people talk about it to me, trying to get me to freak out that he reads them. I'm planning the perfect time to spring it on them that the books are mine. twisted
Friends that are girls: All except a fair few are like in love with it. One sorta likes it ( I think she really doesn't and just says she likes it to fit in but what can you do ) then like one or two others though they don't like it really don't care if I do or not ( except one who read the back of my gravitation novel bugs me about it and teases me to no end ) But over all most of my friends are pretty accepting. Which I am thankful for.

My two closest friends know about it, and they're both try to avoid it as much as possible. In fact, one of them makes fun of me for it.
However, when they wanna motivate me into getting hyper, they'll say, "-insert male anime character's name here- and -ditto- are kissing~!!!!" xd sweatdrop

Well, my older friends have had the some influence on me. I think three of us pretty much came into it on our owns at the same point in time. After that we just slowly realized that the others liked it, cause here its not really something you can shout about freely. Or, at least a smart person wouldn't want too ><
But now that i'm in highschool, i don't mean to push things on my friends. Yet one of them saw me reading FAKE in school, and asked if she could read it. I warned her about what was in it, but she didn't care, and started to read it herself. From their on, i picked up on the fact that one of my friends had read a volume of Eerie Querie, and i was able to supply her with the rest. So, after that i think i was kind of their link into Yaoi, and now all of the females in my close group of friends are fans.
The guys, well, thats another story. One of them has read Pandect, but doens't care for the 'fruity' factor, as he calls it. The rest we can tell wouldn't be completely into it, so we just kinda don't bother them with it. Respecting them and all, it would be rude to push it on them.
