If not for Michelle's interference, she would've been taken along with Raph. Thankfully, she and Michelle were able to find help in the form of Donatello, who took them to the lair to gather supplies needed for their rescue mission. She couldn't bring herself to go back to sleep, so instead she did a bit of training in the main room of the lair to clear her mind. She would start to follow Donnie back down.

Not exactly a favorite destination." He would lead them through the sewers using a map until they come to a plce with an odd shaped man hole cover over them. "That's the place. Xena, can you get us in?"

However, she decided to fly up instead of taking the fire escape, and would fly after Donnie as he went across the rooftops. Once at the military base, she landed next to Donnie as he looked through the binoculars, her eyes remaining a glowing greenish color. He then suggested on going back into the sewers to find another way in. "In other words, go from basement level to get to the top?" She asked. "I could get us inside intangibly at the very least."

"We might not need the top at all." Michelle replied. "A find like Raph, they'd want to keep him hidden, especially if they don't want the full base to know. So he'd be kept closer to the bottom."

"We'll find out for sure once we find a computer for Donnie to hack into." Xena said. "I've heard stories of a base that kept their...projects...in the upper levels, yet in a more secure location. Like only higher-ups and the head scientist have access them." She then swiveled an ear upon hearing Donnie. "Right. If the technology in there is as advanced as the one I've heard about...we might need a keycard of some kind. Even with my powers, doesn't hurt to have some back-up." She would start to follow Donnie back down.

"This base looks like it only has one story. So, if they have more, they are definitely underground." Donnie said. "Especially if the take any of their ideas from Bishop. If it had been an Utrom building, it might have been higher." Donnie pulled up the man hole cover so that Michelle and Xena could go into it. Hearing Michelle, he nodded. "I've been there. Not exactly a favorite destination." He would lead them through the sewers using a map until they come to a plce with an odd shaped man hole cover over them. "That's the place. Xena, can you get us in?"

"Yeah. That place is a real mix of extra stupid ones and extra smart observant ones." She muttered wryly as Xena got them through the odd man cover

Once inside, Xena took a moment to sniff the air. "Where to?" She asked Donnie, all the while trying to pick up Raph's scent or at least keep alert for the scent of military soldiers nearby.
