Clem was not satisfied by this something was off. the area was being cleared these creatures killed or so confused that the remaining ones ran off, yet she still felt a presence, a quick look around her hunter was exposed. a tall red bug, even for her this was new could it have been a mutated species. Curious and abit excited the young lass got into a battle position which was appropriate for this kind of battle the small circle combative stance. one she happened to learn far east. her eyes narrowed once again focusing on the creature yet in no time at all the creature had moved intensely over to her, had it not been for its large form appearing out the bottom of her line of sight she would have had a fairly difficult time following the creature. It was fast much faster then the average creature however it was not going to be enough for it to stop clementia. The creatures foot would slam into the armor. each frame would show clems motions as the head popped off as Clem slid out of the large set of armor, the creature may or may not notice this as it would activate a genjutsu from the sound of a snap while clem flipped over the creatures body which should of still been in its reverse lotus position.the creatures vision if the snap was hear would become blurry its eyes moving around violently hopefully distracting it long enough for clementia to finish her flip given the creatures position and clementia now on the other side of the armor she would deliver a heavy kick towards the creatures head to send it flying into a nearby tree.Had her attack landed and sent the creature flying then clem would quickly take cover forming several hand seals before the surrounding water molecules covered clems body as she soon vanished from most senors blending into the background, she would then quietly begin to move around finding the best position for her to attack the creature or steal whatever was in that scroll it had.

Foot making contact with metal, the bug creature clacked smugly when the helmet of the armor flew high into the sky. His simple mind not able to comprehend that there was a person living inside of it. As such he was caught unaware when the genjutsu impacted his vision with vertigo. Having never dealt with the yin illusionary release before in it's life the mantid was unable to properly defend itself from the mental attack. This would lead to Clem's kick cracking over the hardened exoskeleton of it's head, although it didn't push him away as she might have planned. Instead the bug man seemed to be relatively unfazed by the attack itself and was more so busy dealing with the vertigo still. Failing about on the ground, the red creature didn't bother trying to interact with the now invisible Clem. Instead the earth would rise in a dome of earth that encased it's entire body. For the moment, neither party would have sight of the other.
(Tai Discipline) Berserker: Your external training and devotion to taijutsu has allowed you to have moderately increased Strength and Fortitude. Your hardened body naturally is as protective as Heavy Tier armor without it's drawbacks. Degradation of the user's natural defenses applies in the same manner as armor. Once depleted, any damage the user takes, no matter the rank of damage applied increases the user's active strength and speed mildly for two posts. Should the user take additional damage before the end of the second post, the increase stacks, refreshing it's active time. (This armor can survive two more A ranks before it's broken for good).
Earth Dome [ Iwa no Doomu ] | Augment | Learned as A An extension of Earth Style Rampart [ Doryuu Jouheki ], this jutsu retains its predecessor's characteristics and more. Instead of forming a single, straight wall which can protect the user from only one angle, this jutsu enables the user to create a wall not just all around themselves, but also from above. This dome protects against up to A-Rank techniques and up to S-Rank suiton. Clem observed the dome a moment quickly realising that the creature was attempting to regain its barring, smiling clem wasn't about to let her opponent off so easily. If one is stronger then ones self throw them off balance and break them if they are faster remove their legs. In this fight clem opponent seemed simple minded making her job so much easier then dealing with opponents who knew how to deal with such tricks. Moving in closer clem weaved a few quick handseals plunging down into the earth turning the earth around herself into a liquefied state.
Plunging underneath the dome and turning the ground underneath the creatures feet into what was basically water, her aim was to have the creature who at the moment surrounded in darkness sudden lose the comfort of the earth beneath its feet letting it drop into the earth. Clem who couldn't see as well used her sense of hearing to determine where the creature dropped. If successful she would dip back into the earth in a attempt to grab and rip the scroll from the creature while dragging it further down into the earth far to deep for it to break free with strength alone. Had she managed to fight the scroll away clem would swim away allowing the earth around the insect to harden leaving no oxygen or freedom of movement for the creature which would slowly kill it in the most painful way. Had the creature been a burrowing type clem would have made extra counter measures but this seemed appropriate. Had all gone as planned clem would emerge from the ground taking deep breaths of clean air.

The hardened earth shell was certainly strong but would offer no protection attacks from below. For the moment it seemed that Clem's ingenious plan would net her victory over her disabled opponent, that is until l the discovery of his disappearance became known. Popping up on the underside of the dome there would no sight of the bug creature that could be distinguished.
It might have been plausible that the mantid creature had fled the battlefield were it not for the sudden shaking in the ground around Clem's body. Having practiced in the arts of doton ninjutsu herself, the warrioress might be able to tell that this was the precursor to an earth splitting technique. The weight of it's might now centered on Clem thanks to the earth tremor sense.

This bug was alot smarter then she gave it credit for, before she knew it clem was in mid air the ground around her gone. gone was not the right word to her left and right the ground had moved completely separated. thinking quick the girl threw out her hand as a number of kunai flew out while trap wire was attached it them, slamming into the wall she quickly tugged on the wire letting herself get flung toward the wall of earth landing hard against its surface. keeping with her quickness she once again used the Fern arena jutsu at a much smaller scale. One bone erupted beneath her bursting out from the ground and slamming into the other end of the fissure to keep it from closing immediately while a second spike erupted in the general location of the bug creatures location.its main purpose was to break the ground under its feet keeping it from being able to react to clems next move. Dropping down from the wall and landing on her bone Clem would bend down as if like a spring. moments later clem used her strength to burst up leaping out from the fissure. Free from the hole had all gone as planned the bug would be thrown off balance, had this been the case 8 long spinal cords would erupt from clems tailbone resembling tails. a fixed gaze would be her aim as the tails moved on their own rushing towards the bugs body had it not moved all eight spinal cord tails would rip through the bugs armor like paper twisting and grinding against its insides continuesly wrapping around the creatures insides.

STILL having not kai'd out of the genjutsu the bug creature was taken aback when he felt a sudden shift in the earth and the disappearance of Clem's tremors that marked her position on the battlefield the mantid mistakenly believed that she must have been crushed to death until the bone spike came gushing through the earth. The creature might have been able to survive the attack were it not for his gate closing on him. The pain that had been suppressed up until this point all hit him at once and even moving a single leg felt like a dragging a two ton weight long with it.Blood spattered from it's mouth while the spike dug it's way into his left shoulder ina failed attempt to dodge.
There was no way he could win now. It's small bug brain processed that long ago, so in it's mind there simply was no other choice. Using his body as a shield to adsorb the piercing bone spikes, the bug tried to make a last dtich effort to crystallize the scroll on it's back. Knowing that if anything it would be a spit in the face it his opponent.

Targets who are caught by the crystallizing ground cannot use their techniques normally are considered encased and must free themselves by expelling chakra equal to the rank of this technique and cannot, this takes an activation to perform. A victim is considered encased if they are caught by the crystal by more than a limb being caught by the technique. If the crystal is broken by anyone other than the Shoton user freeing the encased victim willingly, or the victim expends their chakra to free themself, then the target is subjected to chakra based internal trauma and external lacerations. Encased victims will always have a chance to able to free themselves on their following post. This technique can produce enough crystal to attack up to two targets, if two victims are trapped then the subsequent cost to release themselves from being encased is half the normal amount. Despite the creatures last ditch effort it was already to late for it, before it would create the crystal clems eight bone tails had stabbed into its body running through it wrapping around its insides, much like roots they spread in and out turning the creature into a pin cushion. At one point one of the bone tails struck the scroll from the creatures back sending it flying away while clem continued to burrow her tails deeper and around the creatures body. With out warning the tails would begin to spread out attempting to quite literally rip to creature into pieces. The scene would of been one of horror as blood sprayed over the area like paint guts flying into the trees raining down. Had nothing else came up clem would land on the ground. This was fun she thought whipping her tails upon ground the to clean off the bugs blood. Once everything was done the girl fell backwards hitting the ground. Looking up to the unchanging sky she had a familiar sense of joy, it had been so long since she had ripped and torn into a creatures flesh so thoroughly. A slight blush spread across her face this feeling kept growing deep inside her" GAHHAHAHHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA" Wiggling around laughing uncontrollably for what felt like hours.
Later she had gotten back up from the ground collecting her weapons and gear, lastly she took the large scroll placing it on her back before heading back to report in. She did find it weird no one came after she asked herself to bring back up buuut it did not matter now. Shrugging off the thought clem happily skipped away back to the leaf.

As Selina and Obei ventured deeper into the forest, Selina was concerned about how far the two of them could go without any sort of lead. If she was trying to solve this like a case then she would use evidence of past behaviors to chart where the creature could have gone. However, with the extremely vague details she was given, she felt almost dumb trying to use her passive sensory, since it remained within her range of sensing, to try and sense this creature out. After what felt like an hour Selina stopped and rested on a tree stump. "We could get lost in these woods. Maybe just doing this as a party of two was a bad idea." She said as her head slumped into her hands. Selina then recalled that it was Obei's suggestion, which caused her to perk up and hastily correct herself. "I mean it's a great plan! If this nasty area wasn't all sensory negating then the two of us would have already been in and out without Konoha catching wind of us." She said with a quick smile and an awkward laugh. In truth, Obei's idea was on point, since the time they have been in land of fire territory has not been noted by any locals. It helped that the sensory fields were negated, but at least they didn't have to deal with konoha ninja along with their task.
Fifty feet from Selina, however, a twig snapped. It could be anything, but the step sounded like it came from a larger creature. Selina's ears perked up at it, but since it was so far away she felt that she would only worry when it got closer.

The forest was dense with all kinds of life, Obei walking with Selina through the Leaf Forest, keeping close by as the fauna and flora around them seemed to have no intentions of giving them much room to breathe. She trotted along, making sure to duck under a few low hanging branches coming her way while off in her own little world. She was curious what kind of beast they'd catch here, or even if they could. What if they had no choice but to butcher whatever kind of yokai this could be? "Obei no see anything. Just trees and birds." she calmly reported to the girl, looking down at her while she appeared to be doubtful of whether or not this was truly the right idea. While Obei did entertain the idea of getting more people, it likely was already a pretty rough encounter should they be approached or seen. Konoha wouldn't take kindly to a group of 5 or 6 Storm ninjas just roaming around freely. While Selina did correct herself to avoid making the woman feel bad, Obei closed her eyes and let out another huff. "Obei no want to wait. If Suh-Lee-Nah want, we go home. Get more people."
Just then, a snapping sound was heard as Obei shot up. She coiled an arm around Selina protectively for a moment, before lifting the kunoichi up and then setting her on her shoulder, using her left arm to help balance her while riding the oni's shoulder. "Suh-Lee-Nah see if can sense anything better? Obei protect. Make sure yokai stay away. Very away." The pale woman offered Selina a confident look before continuing on.

Selina was startled by the swiftness Obei moved with as she positioned the flower girl on her sensual shoulders. As Selina balanced back and Obei explained, Selina nodded as her fist flew into the air. "Yeah! The power of teamwork!" She expressed as, at least in Selina's mind, there would be a magical girl moment where the two's complimentary colors of pink and white combined for a signature team move. It was then that Selina pulled her hands together once more to perform another sensory technique. Although the forest was still a dead zone, if she could sense at least twenty feet further then she could give her friend some more assistance. "It's... it's powerful! Definitely nothing we need to worry about together, but much more than the average shinobi." Selina said with her eyes closed. She was able to sense the build up of chakra stored within it... or around it? It seemed strange, but the entire creature itself seemed to be composed of chakra. Almost like a demon... "Careful! It's coming closer." She stated as the chakra source moved closer.

The dense woods made vision extremely disrupted, but at long last the creature revealed to be... a goat. Just a plain black, goat. It stumbled haphazardly through the forest as its eyes seemed closed off in a painful manner. "Is that... the yokai?" She asked with a perplex stare. The creature looked like a regular goat. Had her chakra sensory skills not been as astute as they were, there would be no way to distinguish this goat from a normal animal. It seemed anticlimatic for something which possibly could have started a war.

Obei's little team work move had gained them some valuable data: a power source was near that was powerful in nature. Her grip tightened around Selina on instinct, her brows furrowed into a serious yet concerned look. It was like Obei was the human and Selina was her cute little tool that let her know when spooky demons were coming for her. She continued on with care while the warning was given. Something was definitely coming her way! "Suh-Lee-Nah." Obei began, casting a worrying glance while spinning on her large heel and then backing away from where he back once was. The silence in the air hung low while the oni was on edge. Her main goal was ensuring that Selina would be safe, but hoped propping her on her shoulder wasn't setting up the meal on a silver platter. Something was drawing closer to them, as it would just break the clearing...
A goat.
Obei tilted her head to the side, glancing to Selina for a moment before staring back at the goat. "Suh-Lee-Nah find goat?" She appeared to share the same confusion, as the oni came to a standstill in front of the animal. She hummed in anxiety, gently setting Selina down. What on earth was this day turning into? She bit her cheek in thought before look to her partner in crime. "Obei go see goat." Without waiting for input, she would position herself so any danger aimed towards the other girl would be blocked by her massive body. Her large feet came to a stop halfway near the ground, as she would kneel down and gently patt her knees for the goat to come.
"Baaaaaa~" she called, trying to entice the goat in a way which was like a child mimicking the sound of an animal for the first time.

Selina watched Obei.... baaa at the goat. Initially the goat seemed startled as it heard footsteps approach it. The animal then used its nose to gander a smell from the large Oni women. Her smell was murky, but strangely familiar. Like the faintest scent of an old friend. However, when she performed her baaa, the poor goat shrieked in surprise as it noticed that the baaa did not sound like that which it recognized. It tried to run away, but ended up running head first into a tree instead. "Ouch!" Selina chimed as she watched from the distance created by Obei. For being such a controversial creature it sure did seem to not be all there. Maybe its closed eyes had something to do with it? "I think its eyes are hurt." She said to Obei. "I'm going to see if I can fix them." Selina said as she disbursed into flower petals. She manifested beside the creature as at first it did not notice her due to her silent traveling. However, once it got a scent of her, it immediately calmed down. This one smelled much more like friend, which caused the goat to instinctively stick its head out toward the girl.
"Aww! You're a good boy." She said as she held under the goat's chin with one hand, and placed her right one above the animal's eyes. Green medicinal chakra radiated from her palm and sprinkled down on the creature. It took a few moments for the creature to respond, but as soon as it did it tried to open its eyes for what looked like the first time in months. Deep lavender eyes looked upon Selina as the rings and tomoes were identical exactly to that of the rinnesharingan. "Oh dear!" Selina said panicked. The last time she saw those eyes were when Sandayu, the new God of nature, rose to fight her and the other warriors in the battle of fake arashi. And now those same eyes, those same very cursed eyes, looked upon her and licked her hand in appreciation for the assistance. "Nice... goat." She said nervously as she pet the animal. Maybe this was a good rinne-sharingan using... goat? Just then, four more creatures moved into the area. To the right of Obei arrived a lion who roared respectively at Obei. To Obei's left a giant snake slithered in and coiled twenty feet to her right, the head perched to observe the oni. Above Selina on the tree she was under appeared a bat as large as a man hanging upside down. Finally, casting a shadow upon the area, a thirty foot dragon flew over head. Its landing knocked down trees as its head stared at both Selina and Obei. All five of these creatures had the rinnegan, and all five of them carried the same supply of chakra and stamina.
"Don't. Make. A move." Selina said under her breath to Obei. The goat was still acting affectionate toward Selina, and if these were all companions of his, then maybe the four wouldn't attack while their ally was in their care.

Her plan had come out better in her head. Obei frowned as the goat would act started at her little outburst, scrambling to run away before ramming itself back into a tree. The oni huffed and watched Selina work her magic on the got. His eyes would clearly be harmed for whatever reason, which explained his awful sense of direction. "Be careful. Not know what goat is." Unlike her, the animal clearly liked Selina moreso than Obei, the oni pouting in frustration. She didn't smell that bad, did she? The goat wandered her way and received healing from Arashi's star as healing chakra would sprinkle its its closed eyes. Obei kept her distance, not wanting the goat to be scared away by her. Everything seemed to be going alright so far, until Selina seemed distressed by something. "What wrong?" Obei asked, turning to her friend before some more animals wandered into the clearing. A lion roared at her to the right, a large snake towered over her to the left. And even then, a massive beast of legend would fly down in the forest, its shadow cloaking everything in darkness. A crashing sound came from nearby, a dragon knocking trees over while the oni would freeze in place. This had turned from a simple mission, to something that a much larger group was more accustomed for.
"Suh-Lee-Nah have plan?" Obei asked, not moving even an inch while her eyes would dart from the snake, to the lion, to the dragon in that order. "Obei not sure if talk in Oni tongue."

"Working on it..." She said to Obei as she too realized the danger the two of them were in. With five creatures, one being a literal dragon, it was clear that the two were in danger if the yokai decided to strike. The only thing, however, is that none of them inched closer. Was it because she still petting the goat? After the battle with Sandayu, especially after having a certain vision, Selina did some research on those cursed purple hues. They were called the rinnegan, and although it was banished from this world by Evergreen after the defeat of the new god, it was clear that something slipped through the cracks. Selina wondered if it had to do with the spirit of Sandayu who possessed that one corrupt APD office, but that was a thought for another day. All that mattered is the two girls getting out of here. Preferably with the creature.
Speak Oni? Selina recalled that Obei said that her people descended once from Yokai. While it seemed barbaric to her that her dear sweet, delicate friend Obei could ever be as feral as these creatures, maybe the language would be the same. "Tell them that we could in peace." She said as her head turned to Obei. The goat looked up and saw Selina look away from him, which caused the other four animals to all turn their head to Obei in order to see who the girl was looking at. After all, they all shared one sight, and it was possible that they even all shared one mind.

The creatures would have their eyes set on Selina, which Obei didn't know made her more furious or relieved for. She hadn't experienced what the effects of the Rinnegan were directly, only having served under Sandayu for some time, but she knew what its effects of the surrounding environment could be. But why did these animals possess such a thing, even when it had been erased completely from this world? She did know if they tried even one thing, Obei would race to protect Selina from it. The woman in question would be mulling a solution to being surrounded by 5 beasts with the feared dojutsu, one of which was a dragon. So pressure was kind of getting tight. Obei's plan of attempting to talk in her native tongue, a sidesect of yokai, and hope that they could understand it. She gave a nod and would click her tongue, clearing her throat while all eyes were on her.
"" she began. Selina likely would hear just insane ramblings, varied pronunciations of words and Obei look at all five creatures that had grouped around her. "" She hoped that it had some effect on the animals, glancing over at Selina for reassurance.
