Syndel had time to answer a call from the deliverymen that were to be delivering the new shipment of books that were to arrive before noon. Pleased to hear that they were going to be on time without much trouble. Her back was to the door when the bell rang as she was hanging up and her slender hand set a slim silver android on counter. A kind smile graced her pink lips as she looked up to meet Victor's eyes. She was pleased to see the young man was punctual; it was a positive trait to have in working here. Though she did take note that his nerves might be effecting him, but she was willing to give the young man a chance, a bit of room to grow. "Good morning, Mr. Todeas, it's nice to see you," she greeted in return before picking up her phone, slipping it into her pant pocket. She then slid gracefully out of her chair and walked around to the entrance of the counter before her dark gray eyes turned up to his gaze again.

"Lets continue in my office, please. It's less public," she gently suggested before walking toward the stairs. As she made her way up the stairs, she was consciously being careful; she didn't want what happened the day before to happen again. She had a feeling he would follow, so she continued her ascent. While making their way to the third floor, she would stay silent, but not uncomfortably so. Her quietness was because she was giving him a chance to ask questions if he wished.

Seeing that the bookstore was finally there, Yukina immediately ventured through the doors and was greeted by the familiar sight of books all around. Although, actually, it was more than just the books; there were also school and office supplies available in case someone needs an extra marker, bookmarks for their favorite novels, or even reams of paper to print for documents, scripts, novel drafts and so on. The older Koizumi knew that it would be a safe haven for book nerds like her and Yukari and the first section that she eyed on was the cooking section. She was currently looking for a new cookbook since she was aiming to learn herself how to progress on French cuisine, but as she was about to approach that shelf, the corner of her exposed eye caught the sight of the male she noticed back in Kona Cafe, talking with the female who was possibly the manager of the place.

So.. He’s out job searching, huh? Good luck with him, Yukina spoke mentally to herself before resuming her search. Her finger was skimming through the spine of several cookbooks, having to look through the titles one by one. It would definitely take a short while since the shelf was actually packed and the cuisine categories were all over the place.

Victor saw her place a phone on the counter, an android from the look of it. It was a nice silver color as well, as Victor briefly thought of the function of a phone. It'd be very helpful in terms of him being able to keep tabs on Ragna so he could know if he should prepare dinner for him as well at night or if he should stay up waiting for him...but the cost for that small benefit was too much of a detriment currently. If he got this job then maybe he could afford it, but that was a hypothetical. Being realistic he had to consider it from his current standing rather than his future one, no matter how immediate that would change. 'Though it would mean I could keep in contact with anyone I meet...but whats the etiquette for messaging on a phone?' Victor considered to himself. Further, as contradictory as it sounded, he preferred seeing people and writing letters rather than using a phone. It made him feel closer to others this way, and his relative social isolation only contributed to that desire. He noticed a kind smile grace her face, which helped ease his nerves a slight bit. 'She seems nice...' he thought to himself. He also noticed her pink lips, which he thought was pretty before he felt a hand on his shoulder in his mind from Darya. 'D-Darya...I didn't mean it...I didn't...Not like that..I mean.' he stammered in his mind. 'We will discuss this later Victor.' She responded as Victor felt dread fill him again, her tone having not been as sweet as normal and knowing he was in trouble.

Thankfully it was at this point Miss Valafar had addressed him, picking up her phone before sliding off her chair with a grace he did not expect and leaving from behind the counter to the entrance of it as her eyes locked on his. Slightly surprised at the sudden movement, Victors eyes had watched the entire time, and accidentally locked eye contact with her dark eyes as he looked down to meet them. Her gentle suggestion snapped him out of his temporary daze. 'Privacy would be nice. If I get rejected at least I won't have to worry about anyone else noticing. And I won't have to speak in front of a crowd...' he thought even though currently they were the only ones in the store. It brought him a bit of relief, and in general he found that Miss Valafar seemed to be easing his nerves the longer he was in her presence, which was strange as people usually worsened them. He followed after her as she started to go up the stairs, presumably to some private room there. He had noticed the last time he was here the stairs went to a third floor but when he filled out the applications he had only gone up to the second floor and had not attempted to look further up, having been distracted and feeling like he was taking a test that would determine life or death.

As he was about to follow her up the stairs, he heard the bell ring and froze. His nerves were at code red at the sudden intrusion just as he was feeling comfortable. He stayed frozen for what felt like an eternity but in reality was just a mere second before cautiously hazarding a glance towards the source. Looking at the doorway, he did not see anyone and for a moment was confused, before his eyes traveled a bit further into the store and he felt his nerves sever in half with relief. It was chromatic eyes, someone familiar to him if only a little bit. He had left her the other day in quite a hurry to find Ragna, and still didn't know her name as a result. He should rectify that as soon as he could, but skipping his job interview to do so would be a horrible idea. Realizing he had been holding his breath, he quickly started breathing again, noticing Miss Valafar had already ascended a few steps in his momentary distraction. He hurriedly moved to catch up, but found she had not traveled far as he thought since he very quickly caught up to her, and subsequently matched pace with her. She stayed quiet as they ascended and Victor started fretting on what social norms would dictate in his mind. 'Does silence mean I should be quiet? Or does it mean I should talk? Would it be rude to break the silence or bad if I don't try to speak...' Victor mentally debated in his mind. As they neared the second floor he finally decided to speak, finding the silence unnerving. "W-what type of...books...do you like?" Victor asked, struggling to think of an appropriate question to spark a conversation to fill the silence, though failing in his mind. 'Shes probably asked this all the time and tired of answering it....' he thought, but he couldn't think of anything else to ask that he could potentially keep talking about. Asking about the job would make him feel more nervous, and he didn't know her well enough to ask any personal questions nor assume their relationship would be any more than boss and employee. If they shared the same taste in books perhaps they could talk about that to pass the time before the actual interview began, and it would keep him from focusing on it and psyching himself out.

Isabel opened the door sheepishly and jumped slightly, startled slightly by the sound of the bell ringing. Looking up she blushed faintly and with a few hurried steps slipped in past the door. Shyly she looked around the store nd relaxed seeing books through out the store, noticing a few people she walked quietly not wanting to be noticed much as she moved to a shelf of new aged books.
Looking over them her shoulders relaxed slightly, honestly she had no idea what she was looking for, she still wanted to figure out her curse. Although at this point she also needed to learn how to deal with it and the thoughts from her other self that entered her own mind.

Syndel was pleasantly surprised to hear the young man speak up; she had thought they'd be in silence the rest of the way up. She thought it was a casual question, despite the slight stutter. Looking up at the young man, her smile was kind, hoping to ease the boy's nerves before she looked forward. A thoughtful expression as she thought of her favorite genre of books. "Well currently, I like mysteries and suspense like Mary Higgins Clarke, Agatha Christie, and Sherlock Holmes. I also enjoy fantasy like Tales from the Arabian Nights and Harry Potter and all types of mythology. Although, every once in a while, a good horror is nice too," She answered, listing off a couple. Her expression seemed to brighten and her posture a little relaxed as she spoke about books.

Her dark gray eyes then looked up at him inquiringly, curiously, as they were ascending the stairs to the third floor.
"How about you, Mr. Todeas, what books do you find enjoyment in," She asked politely as the shelves of books disappeared and the walls became more solid and plain. At the top of the steps, just off to the right, was a door. One could guess that it was the office as she would start to walk just a little ahead, slipping a key out of her pocket in order to slide it into the keyhole before turning it. With a click and a turn she would push the door open easily before stepping in and off to the side. "Please come in and take a seat, Mr. Todeas." Subtly gesturing to the chairs before the dark-wood Edwardian-style desk.

Hearing that the manager escorted the guy to the office located at the back was an indication that Yukina would be alone for a while, and it was a good thing for her since there was no one else occupying that position on that cooking section except herself. Finally, she was able to get that blasted cookbook that she wanted to get after all this time. And then, there was the protective instinct kicking in and she had to check on her sister. And that was what she did, texting her the message before slipping the phone back into her bag and looking for another cookbook, this time about Chinese cuisine. It would mean that she would have to spend money on those books but she didn't care, as long as there would be more variety aside from whatever they would stick depending on what's available in the pantry.

Victor was surprised to see Miss Valafar shift her gaze from directly in front of her to directly face him. He was expecting to talk to her back the entire way up as it wasn't safe to shift your attention on the stairs for some people, himself included. She was a curiosity, but seemed to be confident in her ability to do so as she regarded him with a smile of...kindness. It was so strange to see so often as it had been in this town. He wasn't accustomed to it as much as he was the disinterested glances he was usually given. 'And for some reason she is soothing. This is weird.' he thought to himself. No one other than Darya could soothe him in his experience. Sure, he got used to people over time, but that was from his own effort of demolishing his self imposed walls. This was the first time a complete stranger had ever done something like this. He didn't know how to feel about it. He watched as her expression took on a thoughtful note, so perhaps his question on preferred genre was not something too commonly asked. 'Or more likely she just has too many options, given she owns a bookstore. Or at least works here.' he thought.

He was slightly surprised to hear she liked mystery, though other than Sherlock Holmes he did not know anything about the other books. He had not expected to share any of his interests with her for some reason, even if the books themselves differed. The category of fantasy he liked as well, but not to the same degree as he did mystery. Having to piece together things from minute clues given and try to piece them together while not being led astray by every detail was what he loved about those books. While in fantasy he could imagine being someone else, it did not compare to actually being part of the process to a degree of solving mysteries, in his mind at least. He almost stopped walking when she mentioned horror. That was a genre he avoided. The creature creeping in the dark, the twisted and monstrous forms that even humanity could become given the right circumstances unsettled him. His dreams and nights were always filled with his minds depiction of the books monsters, and he always had trouble sleeping because of it after reading one of those books. They were intriguing, but he had to ration those types of books to once in a long time so he could sufficiently deal with them, as well as take them at a slow pace. Oddly enough, as his thoughts were running wild in comparing his interests with hers, he noticed that she seemed to be happier and more...relaxed? having spoken about her preferred genre. He hadn't noticed her being tense at all beforehand. 'Was I not paying attention or was it too subtle?' he thought to himself.

As they ascended the stairs to the third floor, he noticed her eyes gaze up at him with an inquisitive light to them, and he felt a slight anxiety build up. 'What does she want to know from me!?' he thought to himself, thinking maybe he had been talking aloud earlier or had let some of his internal thoughts slip. He breathed a sigh of relief when he found it was only the counter to his own question, something he should have expected from the beginning. He did find it slightly weird to be addressed by his last name, but he would feel much more so if she started addressing him by his first name since they only met recently, and their relation was to be a professional one. He pondered on it, having been thinking of it while she spoke about hers and in the brief silence afterwards, though it did little to ease his panic and desire to think of a fast response. He did manage to refrain from an incoherent and low whisper, managing to speak in a slow and measured tone as he was debating it in his head as he spoke it, a measure to double check that he was correct. "I suppose mine would be mystery, tragedy and...romance." he said, almost stopping himself from saying the last part but not wanting to be dishonest. He didn't know where the latter two had even come from, having not even considered them moments ago, though his mind was asserting that they were his favored ones. Not ones he would have liked to share, which he blamed his nerves on, but ones nonetheless. 'Tragedy was chosen because I can sympathize with those characters and I feel...cathartic from reading it, for whatever reason. Romance...well, Romance is because of how I feel...and what I desire.' he reasoned to himself. His eyes dropped from hers to the floor, embarrassed at what he had said as there was a slight redness to his cheeks.

Even though is eyes were downcast, his peripheral caught sight that they had left the books and the walls and decor seemed to change all at once. He saw the bottom of a door that he assumed to be her office, and immediately felt if he went in there he would have no escape. He would be a mouse going to a mouse trap. 'But I have to go...If I can't i'll never be able to do anything myself.' he told himself in his mind. He heard the sound of a key unlocking the door, knowing it would in all likelihood be Miss Valafar's. He heard a click, and then the sound of the door opening. He could almost feel a frozen wind blast from the door as he felt himself go cold on the inside from anxiety. 'This is it. Once i'm in the interview happens. Deep breaths, I can do this...' he thought to himself, now raising his eyes back to their normal level. He just caught a glimpse of Miss Valafar walking in and off to the side of the room. It had a dark-wooded and old style desk in the room, and he noticed a few chairs in front of it. As he got closer, he noticed Miss Valafar gesture to the seats and asking him to sit. He momentarily was confused on what he should do. 'Do I insist she sits or do I sit? Does the boss have to sit last or is it still a gender role mannerism?...I don't want to disrepsect her but I don't want to not be courteous...' Victor quickly debated in his head. He ended up going over to a seat and sitting down, hoping that was the correct social norm. His hands were interlinked in his lap as he sat in the chair, his posture was straight and he gave a small nervous smile. His right leg bounced in nervous energy, having the ball of his foot flat on the ground, raising his heel, and quickly lowering and raising it over and over again to make his knee appear to be bouncing up and down, though only by an inch or two so he could expend his nervous energy. He wasn't sure what to do next so he merely remained silent and waited for her to speak.

So, the busy morning was starting, she thought absently as they ascended the stairs. Ms. Valafar was not aware that she had surprised Victor when she had met his gaze, she had just thought it normal to look someone in the eyes when speaking to them. So when she looked ahead again to ponder and answer, she would do so in order to not trip. Her answers she had been honest about, so she expected an honest reply in return as she looked to him again. She was a little oblivious to his internal panic until her inquiry. His response as she listened pleased her, missing any embarrassment he might've had; being sure to store this new information for a later date. For now, she was glad to hear that they had something in common. Such talk made her comfortable, but she had to keep things professional; at least until after the interview.

As he would enter her office, she would watch him discreetly. Syn quietly made note of his body language and even his attire. Though he was more casual than what she had been to her interview here, she felt he could be good for the store. And she could always do with another pair of hands around the shop, she thought absently before he took his seat. Once he had, she closed the door and walked over and taking the office seat behind the desk; his application was sitting on top. Taking a deep breath, she looked over the application he'd filled out the day before turning her dark gray gaze on her nervous interviewee, her posture proper and her expression calm but kind.
"Alright Mr. Todeas, lets begin," She said before intertwining her dainty fingers atop her desk. "What position were you hoping to apply for and why do you think you are qualified for said position at Good Read's bookshop?" She inquired, hoping to get the business side of it out of the way first. Then she would get to know the young man as a person.

Victor watched as Miss Valafar closed the office door, his eyes tracking her movement across the room to the seat behind the office desk. She may be dainty in stature, but she had a presence of confidence to her that made him think she was taller than she actually was from his seated position. He noticed her take a deep breath, which with people usually meant they were about to start something and wanted to either get it out of the way or needed to prepare them self. He highly doubted she would need to prepare herself, even with her subtle sign of having been slightly tense earlier it was nowhere near as severe as Victors, from what he could perceive. 'Which means she wants to get this over with...its going to be one of those.' he thought to himself. He had some experience with interviews like this, but it was rather limited, as his results were around a fifty percent change at average. The only points he could readily discern for tilting the odds to his favor was to respond confidently...and competently. 'Well I can do one of those two well...' he further thought to himself.

It was then that Victor noticed her gaze rest on his application form. He immediately tried to recall what he had written just the day prior but his mind refused to cooperate, and the memory was out of his reach for the moment. He was sure it would come back to him at some point, but not now when he needed it. He just hoped he could answer as close to those answers now that he may have to do so verbally and without the solace of being able to do it in private just by writing it out. Amidst this he noticed a slight shift in his peripheral, and as he lifted his eyes from the application, he found her gaze had focused on himself instead of the application. 'Be calm. Remember the advice you were given. Remember your past experience. You'll be fine...' he thought, trying to reassure himself in his mind though not doing so to any great deal. His right legs movement slightly increased in speed as he awaited what he was dreading, the words that would start the interview. Forcing himself to follow the advice he was given, he kept his gaze trained on hers, noticing a serene expression on her. Which was weird because he was expecting a different one if she were in a rush. 'Maybe i'm just overreacting...' he briefly thought. Her expression also held the same degree of...kindness, he wanted to place it, as it was before when they were traveling to this room. He hoped that because of that it would be less like an interrogation and more serene, as his nerves diminished to a much smaller degree. He still couldn't place why she had that affect on him, but that was a question for another time.

Victor heard her speak, his heart rate increasing from the sound of her voice, as nice as it was, due to the circumstances as she addressed him formally and indicated the interview was to begin. To him, even though the words themselves went at a normal rate, he felt like time was slowing down enough that he could take in every detail of this room before she could continue and perhaps even escape without her notice. Had he not felt this way before he may have attempted to do so, but he tried reasoning to his nervous mind that it was just an illusion. It wasn't working on changing his current perception of reality, but it stopped him from trying to escape. His eyes briefly flickered away from her face to take in her intertwining her fingers on her desk, a brief audio memory of his elementary school teachers telling him to do so surfacing. Focusing on his feelings as a child then of happiness and attentiveness, he dispelled his nerves further and just focused on his teach- interviewer, having a momentary lapse due to his split attention.

Miss Valafar proceeded to speak, asking him what position he wanted and why. Even though he did mention it in the application, he knew from prior interviews it was customary to do so orally for reasons he wasn't entirely sure of except for either ensuring it matched up or perhaps because the suddenness of it would lead to truer answers that didn't have a significant amount of time spent to ponder. 'It will also show how well I can respond to spontaneous questions from customers.' he reasoned to himself. He spent a few seconds trying to organize his thoughts, failed to do so, and instead decided much to his own stress to begin speaking and hope it came out in some semblance of logical order. 'I want to be a sales associate...I believe...I can do the job because I read a lot of books...so I can answer any questions they have...or give a suggestion...I learn where things are pretty fast...so i'll know where to direct them...and i'm good at doing multiple tasks at once." Victor said in his most confident voice he could muster, managing to raise above the whisper it usually was though but still speaking with a lot of pauses, partially to think of what to say and the other part due to nerves of actually answering his first interview question. He refrained from adding that part of his abilities had to do with Darya, who had frequently helped him out in his past jobs. He briefly thought of listing his obvious weakness of his nervousness, but felt it would be more prudent to have her ask it or mention rather than jump the gun and do so now. He didn't want to overstep his bounds with her, or himself, as he was still pondering how he would respond to that one as he waited for her to continue.

Syndel was aware of what his application said but she preferred to hear it in the person's own words and had it explained more. She also felt that one's body language and speech could tell her more than just what one was saying. As she waited for his answer, her dark-gray eyes would discreetly take in just those things before and while he spoke up. It also made her happy that he would meet her eyes as he spoke; though she wasn't completely sure why. She guessed because he kind of reminded her of herself when she first applied for work at Good Reads.

She nodded slightly to his reasons on why she should hire him as a sales associate as she'd briefly glance at his application again. She also noted what could need work, but was confident he could do so with practice. Keeping things professional still, she thought of the next few questions to inquire on. Her calm gaze on him, she was pleased with his response.
"Good retort," She complimented softly. "Do you feel you can do well under pressure, say, if you were to have more than one customer coming to you for assistance?" Syn patiently waited for his response.

Victor felt his heart quicken at her nod to his answers. It was surprising, as his prior employers had questioned him to further detail, to the point that he had felt like a specimen being dissected. 'I shouldn't be surprised, shes been nothing like my past bosses.' he thought to himself, as Miss Valafar had seemed to be unusually kind to him during this interview. He saw her gaze temporarily travel to the application, as he thought about how close his answers were to it or not. He highly doubted they were the same as his memory of them had yet to return, but he hoped they would be better or at least within the same vein. Her gaze then returned to him, the serenity in it still being odd but readily accepted by him. At this point, without him noticing, his right leg ceased to move and remained still, his nervousness having subsided to a degree where that no longer automatically happened. 'She doesn't look dissatisfied, and most employers do so that the person is aware of their standings. I'm doing well?' he questioned to himself. Hearing her response. he was glad to hear his answer was good. 'One bullet dodged.' he thought to himself, knowing the first impressions were at times the most important, as it made things either an uphill battle or a downhill one.

Hearing her next question made him temporarily freeze internally. He had thought of this question earlier and was thinking of an appropriate answer but in that time he had not been able to come up with anything. He knew how he felt about his crowds, and it being his weakness. He had two ways he had been able to deal with this in the past, but he wasn't sure if he should list both of them. He took a moment to think deeply on it, his eyes temporarily taking a look as if he wasn't aware of his immediate surroundings. 'If I say the one I learned it would help...but if I mentioned Darya it could aid or hinder me...What do you think?' Victor thought in his mind, asking Darya for her input. He was not going to act like she wasn't there, their thoughts were intertwined to each others. If the issue concerned her, he figured he may as well ask her. 'Victor dear, you should tell her. If the situation she says come to pass, or a crowd forms, I will take over when you ask me, so she will find out about me one way or another. Its also so she knows that you are taken and does not get any ideas.' she responded, clear in her intent. So far his relation with Miss Valafar had been professional, and she intended to keep it that way. Victor's eyes refocused on his immediate surrounding, gazing back at Miss Valafar as he could hear Darya repeating the advice he had been given in his mind on eye contact. He could almost feel her lend her presence as she spoke in his mind the same time he spoke out loud to guide him in his response. "If I had...more than one person asking for assistance...I would ask what they needed help with...if they differed I would help one of them at a time...if the reason was the same I would help both...if it were just directions I would lead them to where they needed to go. If the pressure was ever too much...Darya would take over for me...She...She is another person that exists in my mind...but has her own body that comes out when I let her..." Victor said, relating Darya's existence out of necessity, his voice at an above average volume but having his normal pauses to put his thoughts to words. He normally avoided speaking of Darya's existence as the places he had worked at didn't keep track of who worked for them particularly well, so Darya would pose as someone covering for him. But he wanted to be honest to Miss Valafar, and felt she should know since in a bookstore it would be far more noticeable.

[OOC: I was going to say sorry for shortness...then this happened... Guide: Dark blue is Victor's thoughts, crimson is Darya speaking in Victor's mind, light blue is Victor speaking.

Syndel nodded, listening as he responded to her question. When he mentioned Darya, her mind went to the possibility of another personality and that made her expression one of pondering. She looked to the sheet momentarily; he had never mentioned something like this. She wouldn't fault him for it though, she thought and looked back at the boy calmly. "Acceptable answer and appreciate you being honest." She would make one thing clear though before moving on. "So long as Darya promises not be violent or make the customers uncomfortable, there should be no issue."

She smiled slightly still, hoping he'd be honest still "So, why do you think Good Reads would be the right fit for you?" Syn decided to throw him a curve ball, not to be mean, but she remembered that question; it was one that the previous bookstore owner had given her at her interview. She genuinely wanted to know his answer, and anything else could be learned on the job in her mind. As she waited for his retort, she would meet his dark eyes with her own casually yet kindly; if she was curious about this Darya, she hid it well. After all, it was Victor that was applying and not the other, so her attention was on him.

Victor listened attentively as she spoke, eager to grasp her reaction to Darya. Hearing her say it was acceptable, and that she appreciated his honesty gave him a measure of relief. He had been worried mentioning her would kill his chances completely, but thankfully it did not seem like this would happen. He listened to her one requirement for Daryas existence if he wanted the job, an that was for her to behave, which he believed she could do. 'I promise Victor. You can trust me dear, I will not jeopardize your job.' Victor heard Darya respond in his mind. In response to that one requisite, Victor would nod in agreement to indicate that Darya did agree to abide by those rules. He saw her smile slightly, and then asked a question that caused him to temporarily pause. 'Why would this bookstore be right for me?...' Victor paused to ponder on the question.

He started to sort the thoughts through in his mind. The setting was ideal for his fears...as well as the fact he enjoyed reading and the store was a treasure trove of books. It would also...or should be quiet which was a boon for him. In short, as he surmised in his mind, there were a plethora of reasons for him to stay. Now he just needed to vocalize it. "I...I think it will be a right fit for me because this place is quiet...I also enjoy reading so it would be nice to work in a place with a lot of books...It would also be nice to help others...and be able to talk to them about books we may have in common." Victor spoke, his voice lowering back to its naturally low volume as he followed his same slow speech pattern to allow for his thoughts to disseminate into words. He wasn't sure how he should have answered the question, as it was why he thought it was the right place for him. So, not entirely sure how to answer, he listed why he would enjoy working there, hoping what he said would work as an appropriate answer.

Syndel watched him carefully, and was relieved to see that her requirement was agreed to. She would then look to the young man as she waited for his answer. "I can agree to that, and it's not bad." She nodded slightly with each answer given before leaning back slightly. Her dark gray eyes looked around and then to the clock on her wall. Her eyes widened slightly as she had realized the time. The new worlds would be here any minute, and just then her phone vibrated.

"Oh dear, I'm deeply sorry Mr. Todeas, I am afraid I will have to cut this short." She blushed softly, a slight chill could be felt as she did. Standing from her chair, she bowed slightly. "The new shipment of books will be here soon," Syn took a deep breath to calm herself before looking back at Victor with a pleasant smile. She would take a chance with him, she thought as she walked around and opened the door. "I hope you have pleasant day, and hope to see you tomorrow, bright and early." She told him kindly before leading him out so she could meet with Roger, the man that took such good care of his cargo.

Victor had gained the job. He had been worried temporarily with her saying she needed to cut it short, thinking that maybe the forced break would mean he would have to continue the interview on another day or would be denied based off of this section of one alone, but he somehow got the job. He was temporarily frozen in surprise from the rapid fire of events and news, before he gave her a smile and thanking her for hiring him. "I will! Thank you for giving me this chance." Victor responded, his excitement masking his usual anxiety completely and showing in his voice as he spoke at a regular volume and his happiness could be readily heard. Victor was lead out by her from the store, still having the feeling of excitement overriding his normal nervousness as he left the store and went to his home.
