Xera once again remained mostly quiet on the boatride to skypiea. There wasn't much she wished to say, or anything like that so she simply did not say anything. When they arrived Xera would simply stand behind Luka. Slightly off to the side and await any orders from her direct commanding officer.
Apparently the violators wanted to be an excused exit. Foolish of them to think the marines would allow something like that. "I'll leave those two to you, Luka-chan." The usual child like demeanor he'd had was gone; replaced with fury, anger. Instead of giving up, the pirate who'd so easily see the land destroyed dared raise a hand to him?! The ante was just upped ten fold. "I don't have time for games." Under his foot, the blonde one, was raised with a kick to Enka's hand and then, held out. A blank expression on his face as the rocks collided with Williams body. As they shattered on his broken frame, the Heavenly Destroyer spared no time - his dash came quickly while holding the body, keeping him dangled with a toss straight at the blue haired one. "No more. You pirates will pay for every sin you've committed." The stage was set and their distance, cut. Soon, he'd see the power of the Destroyer.

Manuvering through debris from the destroyed shrine, Thaddeus began clearing more and more distance from the marines 20 feet, 30 feet, 40 feet across the vastness of the God Shrine. Noting that Yusuke was behind him Thaddeus would take his head start to lead the path to escape.
"Yo this way!"
Thaddeus would call to his partner, soon his B-line would turn into a kind of circle as Thaddeus raced around the giant bean stock in the center of the cloud island. If the marine were on one side, Thaddeus would have made his exit point on the opposite direction on the other side of the shrine. Plunging straight through the thick cloud layer that acted as a floor Thaddeus would begin riding his jet board down the massive branches of the Giant Jack, knowing Yusuke wouldn't be too far behind him. A rather easy escape with no resistance.
"Bwah! And I thought that b*tch was fast!"
Thaddeus would snicker to himself making his exit from God's Shrine.
Following the Dokūganryu around the massive beanstalk, Yusuke felt a bit more effort would be needed to escape the present threat of Marines. It was just boring running away.
This should make things interesting...
Thinking to himself before his hand began to glow. With one swipe I find a soon bright glowing arm did Yusuke tear into the Giant Jack, with smoke filling the air quickly. With this smoke in play locating the two would be difficult. He cared not for the consequences, as the last of him was seen sliding down into the blue sea. Giant Jack began to catch fire.
-------- There was a lot to deal with in this situation. it seemed that only one other marine had indeed come, making it three versus two? The one Juru dealt with, the only one he cared for, was a wicked one. There was respect for the kid in Juru's eyes as he watched the boy pull on the blonde and used him as a shield. The only thing that mattered to Juru was that he had hit someone. He had to keep moving, but the boy was not done. He tossed the blonde right at him, Juru grimacing. The was a body coming his way, as well as a boy, and he saw behind the boy that of another, a fish. Juru moved to his right, letting the blonde fly by him for only a second. Juru reached his hand out immediately after, grabbing the rope that held the blonde.Of course, that would cause a sudden snap for the blonde, but Juru now had his own body to use. "Go with it. Extend your legs" Juru said quickly, turning the blonde into the oncoming boy. Hopefully, the blonde would use the momentum and force to kick the boy in the chest and knock the wind out of him or something. This was all about quick motions and quick thinking. Hopefully they were fast enough. -------- --------
Oh if his lineage could see how far their blood had fallen; this was disgraceful in every meaning of the word. His body being raised like a doll, and to make matters more distastefully humorous, by a cretin that couldn't even possibly know the wonders of sitting at the grown-ups table without a booster seat. Feet dragging along the ground as he placed in the perfect position to shield the vile child of he whom shall not be named. "Wh-!" Thump, thump. The rocks pelted his frame one after the other. Rapid succession as the clumps shattered against his abdomen and chest. The blonde was stunned, a mixture of a gasp and cringe swelling on his face before the rush of wind engulfed him, a full on charge towards the blue haired one. "N-N-N-Nooooooo!" Green orbs being shielded from the world and succumbing to darkness, he'd feel. . .free; if only for a moment.
It was as if he was floating, his body no longer feeling the grasp of the prepubescent. Had he lost all feeling in his body? No, that wasn't possible. Then what was i-!? Jerked, pulled back without a moment to collect his thoughts. His irises would meet the smoke dyed sky once again though it seemed to be curving slightly, or was it he who was curving? The memorable voice of the mocking blue haired fellow reached his ears once again as he swung the body of William like a weapon for attack; the blondes legs outstretched on a direct path toward the abdomen of the little hell beast.
If there was one thing anyone could say about William after this encounter, he was definitely a versatile tool.
Thaddeus was being a bit of a smartass to Enka and then he began to express his displeasure at Luka's arrival as a whole. She simply sighed to herself as he lit a cigar and acted like he's not done anything wrong. Though it seemed he had found a subordinate of some kind before telling him to meet back up somewhere as he literally high tailed his a** in the opposite direction on his jet board. The other male was left to follow him on foot at a far slower pace as Luka watched them and gave Enka a quick nod. It wasn't like Thaddeus had committed any severe crime this time. But he certainly had some questions to answer before Luka would consider letting him go free that was for sure.
As the other redhead was speeding off and around on the clouds, Luka herself would simply move herself around by the beanstalk known as Giant Jack on foot. She might have been slower than his jet board but his circling movements and distance was all she needed to be able to be standing in front of Giant Jack where Thaddeus was speeding towards. "Obstruction of justice and now fleeing from the scene of a crime? I would have thought that after serving out your rather lenient time in prison would have left you with a desire to avoid causing any more trouble with the Navy Thaddeus!" She called out to him, looking him in the eye. Truthfully he hadn't been in jail for very long, even if he had served his sentence properly this time he was a former murderer and thief. She had been nearly prepared to kill him back then as it was. "What exactly are you trying to do? Did you learn nothing from your punishment last time?"
This b*****d! He was a coward! The more he saw how these pirates acted, the more his anger grew. Tresses of green began to flow outward, a side effect from his fruit possibly. The swing done by the pirate's arching didn't make Enka stop; no, in fact, he continued to run in full speed. If this blue haired idiot wished to stand still, this would make it easier for him to finish this up and get the hell out of here. Just as William came around with his kick, a sudden pivot occurred - the lithe form of the child going up, off the ground and then coming back down to step on the blonde harshly. His heel digging directly into the pirates abdomen as a crater formed from the force of his stomp and all the while, directly in range of Mr. Blue."Fight me, you coward. At least show some dignity as a pirate." Again, he stomped, sending William further into the ground below. Then again and again. The crater growing larger with each step, til he was sure the one beneath him was no longer conscious.
There was no movement after. Just a blazing, daring stare. He'd give him one chance at reprieve and then after, his assault would continue."Turn yourself in or I'll make sure you wish you had."

Thinking back to Luka's last position of entering through the Gateway she had to first clear the distance between herself and the green haired marine, then the 8 foot distance between Thaddeus himself and said green haired marine, Then the 40 foot distance in which he would attempt to reach the giant beanstalk that grew through the center of cloud island know as The God Shrine, Thaddeus had simply turned around and ran toward it which he was closer to. And with his dash through the destroyed shrine Thaddeus would reach the beanstalk long before the sluggish Luka. While the marine would attempt to block his With Yusuke's movements undisturbed, Looking over his shoulder Thaddeus would watch Yusuke light the top half of the beanstalk a blaze while He and Thaddeus continued down the untorched bottom half. While the Marine officer would attempt to speak to him and exchange glances with him, She'd be left speaking and staring a wall of blinding thick black smoke.
"Hanhanhanhan!"
Snickering just as previously mentioned Thaddeus would make is escape under the veil of the cloud of smoke from the burning beanstalk.

-------- Hmm. This was a situation. The kid was strong, way stronger than Juru had thought. The plan Juru had worked on paper. Turn his blonde weapon to kick into the kids chest, but yet, of course you had to account for the power of the kid. If the marine was a kid going out of their way to imprison marines, he had to be stronger than Juru had once thought. That was all he needed to understand, that he was not the strongest. He had bowed to guns, and when the crater added to the point of the child's strength, taking out his blonde weapon, Juru more or less nodded. There was another choice. He had already swung, he had already done what he had set out to do to this shrine. He more so laughed it off now, holding onto the blonde as he dangeled. A light shined over the God's shrine for a moment, shining over Juru. He looked up, and in a matter of moments, even before he could blink, he was shot with a bolt of lightning. He would have continued, but the large man shrank in size, now about nine feet tall instead of his giant size before with purple hair and different clothing. You have been turned into your true animal nature for attacking my shrine Said a heavenly voice. Juru looked to the ground, his body smoking, covered in a fur. He was an animal now, sharp teeth purple eyes and a sense of smell? He howled, staring at the boy who would take him in. "God has made it sure that I stop, and who am I to defy God?" He stated to the boy, arms no longer raised to fight back. "Take me." He stated, still looming over the boy. He would be back though. This would not be his only time dealing with the Gods. -------- --------

His stare only intensified as time went on. Eyes growing ever larger; it wasn't until the random bolt of lightning came from the sky did Enka finally look away, shielding himself. What in the world was that? And finally, when he did see the man again, he'd transformed into some strange cat. . thing. To be honest, the kid in him was properly amused. But he couldn't just let this guy off the hook willy nilly! That wasn't gonna fly at all! First, he grabbed up the blonde, lassoed and all, putting him over his shoulder. Then, he slapped some cuffs on Juruluam before frowning. "You know. . You didn't have to do this. . Destroying doesn't solve anything. ." Taking off into the air, he headed back with these two with him. To jail and hopefully, to think about what they'd done.

Seeing as how certain things were incorrect, Luka would not be able to simply cut off the pair of crooks before they had reached the beanstalk. The initial plan of stopping them for discussion was cut short as the pair simply fled the scene at full speed and then proceeded to light the god damned ******** beanstalk itself on fire. Fortunately, this thing was absolutely massive and alive so any ignition and long lasting burning would actually take a bit and given their closer proximity and the fact that she wasn't more than several minutes behind, smoke wouldn't really be building up all that quickly. Unfortunately however, Luka was taking this as the final strike for that man as she immediately ran right towards the beanstalk itself, to the side that had yet to catch flames (opposite where the flames started from the duo's exit) and used this over sized vine to get herself below the layer of solid cloud that formed the 'floor' of the God's Shrine.
She wasn't terribly far behind them as they might have had a head start but in order to safely travel down Giant Jack, one had to go around the immense plant and down the spiraling twin vines that formed its mass. Even with his jet board, Thaddeus would take some time to reach the next layer down which was easily dozens of hundreds of feet below. Not to mention his companion was on foot and far slower. Assuming Thaddeus was speeding off without him given the words of 'meet with me later', Luka could assume he was farther down already as she looked over the edge of the vine she stood upon. Without any hesitation, she stepped over the side and permitted herself to free fall down, blade in hand. She narrowed her eyes as she shifted in the air, diving head first to go faster as she could hear the sounds of Thaddeus' jet board as she fell past the source of the sound.
Both Thaddeus and his companion were on the opposite sides of the spiraling vines as Luka would speed down through the air, leaving her position unknown to them as she started to shift in the air, holding her blade in a reverse grip as she stabbed into the next vine she passed, suddenly stopping her fall with a rough jerk, forcing her to brace the rest of her fall with her boots against the side of the vine as she had stopped her fall completely. She would pull her blade free from the large beanstalk as she climbed up to stand up properly upon the massive vine (at least 20 feet wide) as she looked up, hearing the sounds of Thaddeus' jet board coming closer from up above. She activated her Kenbunshoku Haki to sense his location as she shifted herself inwards towards the beanstalk.
She would listen as she could tell he was passive the next vine up now, waiting for him to circle around with her Haki to track his position when he would finally becoming around the bend. It was then that she sprang her ambush as he was busy speeding around on his Jet Board, she would leap out from around the bend of the vines to catch him off guard. Blade in her right hand as her left hand grasped his right shoulder with her jump forwards, forcing him off the Jet Board and towards the ground as her right hand quickly place her blade up between them during the leap so that it was pressed against his throat once she had him pinned to the ground underneath herself with his jet board speeding off without him, falling off and over the ledge of Giant Jack without him to steer it properly any longer. His arms would be at his sides, forcibly locked against himself by her thighs as she straddled his torso to keep him on the ground.
"Obstruction of Justice. Fleeing the scene of a crime. Refusal to cooperate with the law. Destruction of property and endangerment of civilian lives. You have clearly not changed since you last imprisonment at all so I am officially declaring you a lost cause and a threat to peace and public safety. Do you have any final words to say before your execution, Thaddeus Boone?" Her eyes focused on him with her blade fully ready to slice clean through his throat at a moment's notice. She looked quite pissed with him ad once she was finished with him, she'd have a serious talk with his companion before she'd take him to the base for his own punishment. At least he still had a chance.
Abilities Basic Kenbunshoku Haki: Attainable at 150 spirit. For a brief moment (one post), the user gains insight to the hidden world. They are granted the ability to sense the presence of hidden individuals within a bounded, spherical space whose radius is determined by the user's Spirit stat divided by 10 and represented in feet. Detection, however, is not equivalent to understanding. Kenbunshoku must be activated the post before it is used. Basic Kenbunshoku Haki can be used once every [50] Spirit the user has: i.e. someone with 150 Spirit could use Basic Kenbunshoku Haki three times a fight at this level. All Spirit costs for Haki abilities stack, meaning with 150 Spirit, one cannot use Basic Kenbunshoku Haki and Basic Busoshoku Haki three times each. (Cost reduced by half as an AD; spent 25 for this use)
Summary Luka basically chased after them, jumped down the side of Giant Jack, was not seen as you were both on the opposite sides of the beanstalk as she fell down. She then caught herself and climbed onto a vine to wait for Thaddeus to come by and ambushed him. Thaddeus should be pinned down by Luka's greater strength with a blade at his neck.
Just like that he'd made it up into the sky once again. A calm about him; his adventures so far had begun to mold the young man into the hero of justice he was one day meant to be. Floating up through the beanstalk, he saw first flames had begun to spread about the entire thing. In fear of what could come from this, Enka snapped his fingers and nodded his head. His best bet was to use the water in the clouds surrounding the area, cause it wasn't like he had access to any other supply. "Alright Sky People, I'll save you too!" Smiling to himself, he gave the white fluff a light tap before moving his arms about, making the clouds twirl all about the large piece of foliage. Then, once they all crowded about, his hands smashed together, letting loose the mass of water down the entire stalk. You could hear fizzling throughout the area and once it was down, Enka nodded his head with a smile. "That's taken care of. Now, to fix this mess!" Taking off like a comet, he flew through the air as a golden blur, arriving on the scene of the crime he was just formally at. Taking a landing, eyes drifted to those Skypeians left, shaking their heads at the debris and wondering why this happened.
Pirates were scum, that much Enka realized, but even scum had a chance at reprieve. That was what he'd decided as a marine who stood for justice!
Floating down, his long tresses accompanied the soft patter of feet hitting the ground. Eyes of gold nodded to the area about him, fingers nimble as they lightly touched thing after thing. The people about moved back in fear - yet another from the lower world had come to cause them destruction! But he was no monster, but a knight ready to do right what the others had did wrong! "Don't worry! I'll clean this place up for you! Then get this shrine looking as good as new!" While he couldn't recreate what was clearly destroyed, he could use what was left of the area to make the pieces that were missing. Using his hands, he lifted various parts into the air, twisting them about like some odd puzzle. They fit together like a glove and clamped together, making the image of the shrine he'd been given while reporting back. It looked like everything was coming full circle and with a clap of the hands, the green haired lieutenant moved away from the area. He'd done his part as a protector of justice and now, it was time for him to trot off back home. Plus, he'd heard something on the radio earlier about inmates causing a ruckus.

The young Skypiean would return to his homeland. It appeared that pirates had visited just before his arrival as there was destruction and panic all about. Natives to this land were picking up the remnants of their belongings from rubble. People being treated for injuries and burns most likely caused by the igniting of the giant bean stalk and the shrine. Junior would slowly walk towards the crime scene, his stature giving off the impression that he didn't feel welcomed. He was but a child in the mist of all this chaos. With him being part of the Marines, he knew that he had a responsibility to help but with his power being so limited there was not much he was able to do in order to help the people. The marine foot soldiers would scramble about, running supplies back and forth. Apparently there was still a small amount of flames persisting on the stalk and the Marines were making efforts to prevent another huge fire. This was his time to try and be helpful. The young boy would take off and stand in a long line of marines that were passing buckets of water from one end to the stalk. The boy would pass the water back and forth! Passing bucket after bucket after bucket of water to quench the ever growing flames on the giant plant! He knew that he was not doing much compared to the magnitude of the situation but he was doing his part! A cog in a much larger machine! He didn't have to rely on his special abilities to be useful and he honestly did not wish to use them for such a menial task. A gift should not be wasted on something that you can do with your hands. It was something that his mother taught him. Her wisdom was renowned back where he was from and it still is today. A dozen buckets later and the boy had reached his limit. Being as young as he was, he did not possess the endurance or the strength of the average male but he wouldn't let that stop him! The boy would use what little energy he had left to make his way to the back of the line. He would begin to fill the buckets as the marines would send the empty ones his way. He was doing his part and the marines around him could see that he was giving it his all! It had been an hour of filling water buckets and the young boy was POOPED!! With a couple of stuttered steps, the boy would drag himself to a tree and begin to eat lunch! For lunch? Crackers, cheese, and turkey with apple juice! The cracker would have a single small square of cheese on it and the turkey would be placed on top and the boy would consume the bite sized snack in one bite! A smile would appear on his face as he would chew it up a bit before drinking some apple juice to wash it down. His feet rocked side to side as he sat and enjoyed his lunch. Good job Iyame on a hard day's work! You deserve this!
