Hands Off. I'd like a lot of pairings out of that. It's a big tease though. Few people have seem to know about it.
There's lots of guys flirting with each other, boy stalkers, one guy even gets knocked out and put in a hotel room with this hot guy whose expecting sex, and the friend of the main character is always saying how he'd grope him if he was a girl. The opening of the series has the main character in a school girl uniform being groped by all these jerks and there's all this awkward hand holding between cousins. But despite all this it's not even shounen-ai let alone yaoi. xp
More common anime/manga I guess would be more Havoc x Roy, and I've always wanted to find a Vicious x Gren just to see what it's like. mrgreen

I can't find a lot of yaoi/shounen-ai stuff for Juvenile Orion, for any pairing...
(by the way, the boy with glasses from DNAngel is Hikari/Hiwatari Satoshi)

This happens to me all the time. Literally. Sure, I do happen to like quite a few popular pairings and Japanese fanart sites cover pretty much everything you could possibly imagine, so if you know where and how to look, you'll always find at least a handful of neat pics, but most of my favourites are pretty obscure.
It's partly due to the fact that I'm into this kind of shows - I like Banana Fish, Kaiji Kawaguchi's political/military manga (Zipang, Silent Service), shonen comics that have never found many fans outside Japan (MAJOR, Giant Step), etc.
The other reason might be that I generally prefer background characters to the main ones, whereas the majority of stories usually focus on the most obvious pairings. Naruto has enormous slash fanbase, but it's in fact all about SasuNaru, KakaIru and Uchihacest. For a Kisame/Itachi or Kotetsu/Izumo shipper the fandom is not particularly generous.
As for Daisuke/Satoshi, I think it's pretty popular (though of crouse not quite as popular as anything Dark-related...). I like this pairing, and I've seen a lot of fanfiction about those two.

Ryuichi would be the Seme, on a count of Shuichi is too naive, and not very mature. Ryuichi can be mature from time to time.

For awhile, I could not find any good Kyou Kara Maou fan-fiction. So, I started hopping around the LJ communities and recently someone in one of them made a fanfiction archive for KKM, so I get my satisfaction. :3
Now for a rare pairing... Keitaro x Seta from Love Hina. xD With such a fan-serivce girl harem anime/manga, it's hard to take out a good yaoi pairing from it. Lol
