I unfortunately forgot to mention this, but your character cannot have Breeding Class in the afternoon because that class is currently full.
We are working on creating a master list so that everyone can see who is in what class.
I have posted your character in the student roster. The afternoon class is currently empty so please choose between History class or technology class.
If I was you I would choose technologoy class, but that is my suggestion. Please let me know soon so that I may update your profile accordingly.
I counted seven students in breeding class on the roster. I thought the total was eight?
We had increased the class capacity because we had many many players applying, but many of players have become inactive or have left the guild.
This has caused the numbers to be kind of off for classes. I am trying to keep things balanced between all classes and at the moment Breeding and History are the most famous classes.
Like I mentioned, we are creating a master list of the students in each class. So I'd like to avoid any more members joining breeding or history class until I can work out the numbers better.
Remember that eventually all the students will take every class so even if you can't join Breeding Class this year, you will have the chance to take the class the next school year (RP time).
I will be placing Marcus in Technology class, I hope that you understand my reasons.

☒Marcus tends to go by his middle name.
☒ Marcus had been observing Valiant and his troop for about 3 months before his mother suggested they capture him.
☒He captured Valiant by placing the pokeball in front of him, Valiant then bumped the ball and went in, making the partnership as much the pokemon's choice as it was Marcus
☒ Valiant was caught with a Nest Ball
☒ Marcus is left-handed, however he is ambidextrous when fishing.
☒ Marcus' parents, despite popular belief are not actually divorced.
☒ Marcus' father gave him his first fishing rod when he was 5 during their first fishing trip, it was a tiny buizel rod, he still keeps it to this day.
☒His favorite place back home aside from Eterna forest is route 205.
☒FIshing is one of Marcus' main hobbies, he tends to go a bit stir crazy if he can't cast for a bit every few weeks.
☒Marcus' other hobbies include biking, hiking, star gazing and collecting tea. Indoor hobbies include watching nature documentaries, playing computer games and percussion.
☒His interest in tea comes from his grandparent's working at the herb shop, aside from selling bitter herb energy root and revival powder they also sell natural remedies for humans sometimes in teas such as Chamomile and Valerian. For his eight birthday his grandparents gave him a gift card to Teavana, he's been hooked on tea ever since.
☒This is also where his addiction for Chai tea originated, it became an addiction to Chai tea lattes the first time he visited a starbucks.
☒He is very family oriented, and is worried about not being there anymore when his sister gets home from pre-school. He plans on calling home every afternoon and brought stationary with him to write home.
☒He hates reading, due to the fact that he reads slower than other kids and sometimes mixes up the words. This makes him become frustrated and self-concious when asked to read.
☒He learned most of what he knows about nature from his mother and watching documentaries.
☒ He only took breeding to get to know his half-brother, and plans on bringing him closer to the family.
☒He has a secret interest in Sociology.
☒He has some basic idea of how to wield tools due to helping his father with some construction projects.

☒His favorite city so far is Sunnyshore, due to a fishing/construction trip he and his father took when he was ten, he's seen become obsessed with salt-water fishing.

Future Events
Things that will happen somewhere down the line ( if anyone wants to rp with these events please pm me. I'm more than open to ideas) 3nodding He'll start a stargazing/astronomy club and invite Faye to join
He and his brother will eventually have something resembling a relationship (and he will move in with Harvey in an apartment in the city when things go south at home)
Will develop symptoms of stress such as grades suffering, irritability, withdrawn behaviors, headaches and lack of sleep and struggle with feelings of helplessness. This will be due to a myriad of reasons, including learning and worrying about Ray's secret, struggling with guilt over not telling Koru but not wanting to make it worse, worrying about things at home and his half-brother's constant rejection. In true Marcus fashion he will keep all of this to himself ( other people have problems too so why burden them) which will only make things worse for him in the long run.
His parents fighting will become worse and worse as the years go by, eventually leading to a separation and divorce, with his mother moving back to Pewter.
His house is gonna need a lot of maintenance ( its an old house) and his father will eventually recruit him to fix it. This will have the ramifications of not seeing his friends as often , worrying a bit more and learning ( for better or for worse) a lot about maintenance work.
He will at some point explore his sexuality ( though what he'll find from that exploration even I don't know yet)
He will pick up learning guitar, and possibly try out the music club ( if one exists)
He'll become interested in battling ( through Koru and Elijah) and more than a little competitive.
He'll LOVE History class.
He'll struggle with Contest class. ( pretty and fancy isn't his style) but will become fond of grooming and making pokeblocks/poffins
He'll struggle with breeding class ( lots of reading and numbers and hours studying..none of them things he really enjoys)
He'll develop stims which will include but are not limited to :
Running a hand constantly through his hair Petting Valiant Tapping constantly on things. This will add how he struggles with classes. ( he won't admit or consider he has a problem with this and so won't say anything in his defense when teachers call him a disturbance)
He'll struggle with a learning disability that will for the most part go unseen, probably when he takes breeding. ( this is the actual reason he can't read as fast and dislikes reading at the present time) Again, in true Marcus fashion he'll keep it to himself get frustrated and possibly start skipping class and avoiding homework until he feels he's drowning. It'll eventually get better but he'll struggle with it from time to time.
His sister will come the Academy on his 5th year
His father will pass away somewhere in his 5th-6th year. Harvey will breed a Chimchar from his dad's monferno for him.

Walking across the station, Marcus blew into his hands to keep them warm. He hadn't anticipated it being this cold-it was certainly colder than it had been in Eterna even during winter. Since his hometown didn't get that cold, he hadn't really thought to bring gloves with him. The rest of him was staying warm enough thanks to the jacket and scarf but really any colder and he'd need more layers.
Hopefully the days don't get any colder in the actual district, the boy thought shoving his hands into his pockets as he neared the students that were present. He spotted some familiar faces, like Ava and Iris and...yup, yup, that was Koru. Marcus was just gonna...head in another direction that wasn't that one. He stood for a moment, finding the salt in the air from the water to be kind of nice. It made the air smell like salt-water. The spray also made the air a bit chillier but it wasn't anything he couldn't handle ( yet)
He opted to walk towards Iris and Ava since they seemed to be together. Iris was also with another student, this one was one Marcus didn't actually know. "Mornin Iris, you excited about the trip?" he said by way of greeting "oh hi" He didn't really know who the boy was but hey, meeting new people was always nice right?

Possible Futures
Marcus is 11 and has a multitude of paths he could walk and futures he could arrive at. These are some of his possible futures ( he could very well do more than one these throughout his life)
Fisherman (trainer class) Marcus loves fishing, half the pokemon in his bucket list are caught by rods. He likes all pokemon but because of his hobby he tends to lean towards water types just enough to favor them. ( ignore the letters, even though they're the best thing to ever come out of a dubbed anime. Marcus NO! xd)
Hiker (training class) A kind of pokemon trainer who specialize in a combination of Fighting-, Ground-, and Rock-type Pokémon that are common in mountains and caves. Marcus would love to explore cave biomes, having grown up half his life in Pewter city, it's a life-style that would definitely suit him.
Troubadour/Musician He knows how to play the drums and will learn how to play guitar in the future.
Field Photographer Thanks to Ray and his photomania club, Marcus will be exposed to pokemon phototgraphy. He would definetely
International Police Officer Marcus has about a third of his family. While he has no members in the IPO ranks. If he commits to it it's what he'd aim for. Even if he starts off as a rook
Rocket Very few things could get him to do THIS turn around, but they're out there.
Pokemon Ranger It's what his mother and uncle do and one of the things he has his sights on. Its where a good other chunk of his family is as well, going back generations. ( which actually turns him off of it.
Field Researcher Thanks to a talk with Tera he now knows there's a type of researcher that goes outside instead of being cooped up in a lab all day.
Marine Biologist There's no doubt that Marcus loves water types. He could stare-and study- at an aquarium for hours. Archaeologist/Paleonthologist Studying things long forgotten might call to him, especially if he's influenced by either Evelyn or Josh.
Pokemon Zoologist Less especialized than a marine biologist but more so than a Ranger, being a zoologist would allow Marcus to study a varied types of pokemon and teach about them in places like zoos and safaries.
Scholar Marcus loves to learn, there's no denying that. If he overcomes the right obstacles he might choose to continue to get degrees and challenge himself level after level.
Professor As said before Marcus loves to teach, more specifically about pokemon. He's already the kind of kid who blurts out facts you didn't know. He might as well make a job out of it!
House Dad/Handyman LIke his dad before him, Marcus knows how to keep a house going, how to fix up a porch and cook a good dinner and fold laundry and wouldn't mind working from home if he's with the right person. D.J. Marcus loves music and already plays percussion.This could be something he easily gets into.
An N Career Definition: One whose love of Pokemon can blind them to what little good humans do. They focus upon the negative of what humans and what they do to Pokemon. They will do what needs to be done to see Pokemon happy and will make people suffer! Marcus has always loved pokemon and he feels strongly about how people go about conserving the wildlife. With all that passion, and a complicated home life he always keeps quiet about, there are some moments in his life that may bring him to give up on people and consider this career. His experience with Ray has unlocked a new future:
Psychologist. Marcus is getting the hang of helping Ray with his grief and has had to play marriage counselor to his parents a couple of times ( with more to come in the future) He's realizing what makes a relationship healthy and what doesn't. He may become the friend that finds himself solving and mediating.
