The crows arm scooped her up, her boots clicking against each other as she lost her balance, falling back onto his bicep, then, in such a short time, the veil of black wings lifted, the florescent light making her eyes squint, her hands lifting naturally to block the light.
Her will was burnt, mental state was waning. Such exhaustion led her to pant short, shallow breaths as her head rolled to her side, leaning up against the crows chest, hands still out guarding from the light, making quiet hiccuping noises, a result from the recent series of scares and other traumatizing events.
As her eyes adjusted, only slightly open, her lids red and raw from all the rubbing, her hands fell to her chest, folding atop one another. The smell of some fishy like biscuit wafted through the air. Her eyes gradually turning to the hard looking treat in the crows hand.
Humiliating.. she thought to herself as she closed her eyes and turned her head away into the crows chest, the smell of him somewhat pleasant... but only somewhat.

"Ehhh?!" abruptly being taken out of that exhausted stupor and into an adrenaline filled ride of terror. It wasn't that she was necessarily afraid of heights, but the idea of flight was never something she had ever thought of outside of a plane, certainly not simply being held by a guy with wings.
As the crow took off, her eyes would widen, immediately, nearly scrambling over him trying to latch onto to a part of his body that would give her most security, not trusting him to hold onto her. In this case, the only thing she could do was wrap her arms around his neck and hold on for dear life as the gusts of wind hit the back of her head, her red bow loosening with every maneuver he made over the clouds.
Her eyes opened for a moment as she felt the bow slowly slip out of her hair, a sense of urgency crossing her face as she detached one arm from his body in order to try to catch it, failing miserably. Her eyes tearing up as the bow slowly plummeted through the sky and into the clouds. A sense of hopelessness overcoming her as she put her arm around him again, shivering from both the cold and her fear.

The flight was going fine for the most part, but then the neko tried scrambling and reaching behind him, before giving up. She was crying, and shivering. He also saw that the bow from her hair was gone, and slowed down to turn and search for it. With his sight, he saw it as it fell through a cloud and into another. He changed their direction, flying straight to it as it fell. With their altitude, Shou had time to follow it in its fall and grab it before leveling out over a street. It was hard with the bag in his hand, but was able to secure it. He continued flying, slowly ascending to land on the roof of the apartment building he stayed in. As they touched down, he lowered the neko before attempting to put the bow back on. With her spirit, he kept his wings out and around them until he was finished so she wouldn't run away. Again.

They hit the ground, and in a flurry of dizziness and altitude changes, her boots hit the ground and almost immediately fell to her knees and hands. She hung her head, her breath short and shallow, slowly regaining her senses as his wings caged her again. Her sapphire irises flickered in the small light that weaved its way through his feathers, squinting and blinking rapidly as if someone was pointing a rubber band gun at her, as if she was about to be hit with something unanticipatable.
A moment passed before she finally resorted to covering her face with the back of her hands, blocking whatever might come at her from this darkened cage she found herself in when suddenly she felt a few light tugs as her hair.
Still a bit shaken, she stayed in this defensive position for a few more moments until the tugs seized, feeling a little added weight to her hair. A squinting eye opened just slightly at first, then fully, then the other before slowly reaching over her shoulder and padding the back of her hair, the fabric of the silk ribbon she cared for so much back in its rightful place. With an exhausted sigh of relief, she gradually turned on her heels, looking over her shoulder, her sapphire irises glinting in the newly made moonlit sky as they met the gaze of the crow's, a darkened silhouette of the man who just purchased her. For what reason, she was still trying to determine.

Shou may not have had much experience, but he was able to put the bow back in its original tie. "There. Hopefully you're not crying all the time." he thought aloud. The neko seemed to finally calm down, no more tears or sobs coming from her as she turned to look at him with sapphire eyes. There was a glint of curiosity in them from what he could tell, maybe even suspicion? He lowered himself only to lift her under the arms until she could stand. Even as a neko, she could stand like a normal beastman. "Coem on, let's go home." he said, keeping an arm on her back as he lead her to one of the roof's doors.
As they got into the building, he kept a hand on her shoulder, near the collar in case she attempted to run in the smaller corridors. The elevator door chimed open and they walked out onto his floor, as he opened his door, the one across the hall opened up and a neighbor stepped out. "You're home late Shou. Out partying?" the lizard beastman joked before noticing the tail of the neko. "Oh, you have a pet Neko! How lucky! What's her name?" the lizard stepped out into the hallway to get a better look, seeing the neko's gender. "I haven't decided yet Saba. I just purchased her."

She walked into the building, being guided by the crow, her boots clacking to the sound of the stone floors of the very luxurious looking apartment building. Was that marble flooring? She couldn't tell, but was somewhat impressed nonetheless.
Her eyes were a bit red, her breathing quiet now. She was so mentally drained that she simply followed the hand that guided her, no complaints or retaliation. The elevator chimed, she made a small twitch to the sound as her ears pinned against her head, still a bit sensitive to everything, then walked down the hall until the crow stopped her. Opening the door, she walked in, not yet taking a look at her surroundings.
The moment she walked into the apartment, a pleasant smell enveloping her, her ears twitched to the sound of a new voice. She turned quickly, her adrenaline pumping again as she peaked one eye over the edge of the door frame. As the crow turned to talk to the other beastman, Luna's eyes wide and a bit freaked, she reached for the door, attempting to close it on the Crow as he spoke to his neighbor.

She backed into the room as the crow entered, closing the door behind him. The excitement of the other scaly creature seemed vastly different from what the crow was exuding - an very calm, very monotone demeanor. Her boots clicked to the well polished wooden floors as she shied away, backing up towards the window before hitting it, her hand on the window as she lowered her posture, knees bent, almost in a position to run through the apartment if he made a sudden movement, unsure of his initial intentions.
The only thing on her mind at the moment was survival, and although he saved her once from the wolves, unbeknownst her to her, trust was still yet to be established.
Her eyes scanned him, now able to see him in light and without a fear of any other creatures in the room. He was tall and looked quite similar to her, just without the ears or tail or feint stripes... and he had wings, which was different.
As she hunched her shoulders, lowering her head a bit, eyes still darting about his body, her stomach made a quiet gargle, an embarrassed frown soon following.

The neko started backing up until it was against a wall, looking about like it was cornered. Shou lowered himself, sitting against the door. She looked about, especially on him. He didn't say anything, letting her get acquainted with him before anything else. There was a stomach growl, and it wasn't from Shou. He chuckled as he stood up, walking into the kitchen.
"Come on, let's eat." he said as he walked past. He heard it was normal if they were fed like regular pets at first and then teach them to eat like most beastmen, but they sometimes knew right away. Since she hadn't spoken yet, he figured she didn't know and could only eat from the bowl. He filled up one with milk and another with tuna, lowering them in front of her before he started to make himself dinner.

A hand retreated to her stomach, her ears twitching then fell flat as she cringed to the whining stomach before watching him motion over to her, as if to follow him. She followed, if not because she was hungry, then because she was naturally curious. She watched him pour her a saucer of milk and a bowl of Tuna, before placing it on the floor in front of her.
She pause with pursed lips to the two things on the floor before looking up at him, then watching him fall back to the counters and fridge.
"...." she bent over and crawled to the bowls, giving a small whiff of both before recognizing the smell - even though these were beastmen, she assumed the milk must of come from another animal... maybe one she wasn't familiar with. The tuna signaling that fish were the same in this world as hers.
She gently picked up both bowls and made her way to the tables, sitting in the further chair from him.
her eyes darted over to him before looking back at her food, quietly mumbling a few words in her own language.
"Itadakimasu..." she whispered before licking her index and middle finger, then gently lifting a cup of tuna, raw, almost sushi grade, the way she liked it, and plopped it into her mouth. An immediate grin slipped across her face before her eyes shifted back over to the crow, then disappearing just as fast.
Taking pieces and sips of her food and milk, her mood genuinely improving with every bite, her eyes darted about the room, trying to get a lay of the land.
